Beware of salvaged vehicles

Misleading listing. Downplays damage to the car, found the original photos from a salvage auction, the car had wayyyy more damage than they are stating.

Horrible experience/Customer service

I wouldn't even give this place a single start if it were possible. I'll admit, I could have been a but nicer to Will who had been communicating with me regarding a 2016 BMW M3 that I had been inquiring about. Nonetheless, I was trying to learn more about why the listing for a 2016 BMW M3 had been claimed as "totaled" by the insurance company, yet Will seemed to be just as confused, and couldn't provide me with any more information as to why this was besides telling me to look at the pictures on the website. I DID look at the pictures. ALL of them, and multiple times. There seems to be a few pictures that are alluding to very minor cosmetic scratches, but in no way would this constitute the car to be "totaled" by anyone who has a decent set of eyes. Along with the little information that Will seemed to provide, it seemed even more apparent that even after I had explained to him that I was a serious buyer (which I am), and that I was willing to pay full cash for a car (which I am), he couldn't have seemed any less interested in winning over my business. I have been heavily involved in the car sales industry, and know that any good salesman would have called the customer right away, especially one who is clearly looking to make a deal. How come I was given such blunt responses? Is something being hidden? Why could you not provide me with the Carfax for a car that has been deemed "totaled"? This is not a dealership that I would ever do business with, and would encourage anyone thinking about buying a car here to be very, VERY hesitant before making a decision. Don't waste my time, just be honest with me, and at least make somewhat of an effort to make it seem like you actually want to do business with a potential buyer. Worst experience I've had with a dealership. Additionally, I could have been a bit nicer to Will and handled things better. But, business is business, and I don't believe that I should have been ghosted, especially as a customer who simply wanted to learn more about a car that I was SERIOUS about buying. Clearly, the customer is NOT always right for ournextcar.com.

Legit dealership!

I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last 10 years. This is a legit small business dealership, not a massive place but they have a LOT of newer model, low mileage salvage title cars with a few clean title cars here and there. Will, the owner, is a stand-up very honest guy, very chill, doesn't try the typical used-car dealer tricks, straight, to the point, and a good human being. The whole process is very easy going. I believe they open Monday - Saturday, Sunday by appointment only.

Great vehicle. Car was just as described but looke

Car was spotless. Even showed before pictures building trust. Will was honest and very professional. He was very helpful laid back sales approach with no bogus fees added like most other dealers that nickel and dime you.

Absolute understatement

I went there to check out a Prius plug-in with a past accident which was a slight collision in the rear. The guy made it sound like the car was accidentally salvaged, when I arrived there was not only "fixed" damage from the back, there was damage in the front as well, this thing must have looked like an accordion when it was wrecked. I don't mind looking at a car that's salvaged, but don't lie to me about the damage "oh it's just damage on the back bumper" I was thinking to myself, how does a car wind up salvaged with just a back fender, bender, the car was crushed/repair front and back. Dishonest! Steer clear!

Dealer response

Client was upset because he arrived before we did and he was inside his car waitting for us to come out and greet him however we thought he had left already. He stated that he knew body work and that quote i have his tex as proof "The car was done nicely for the amount of damage it sustaine" we informed him of the damage and he said it had far more damage in the front. This was done through text since he had left and we never got to actually meet him. We argued that the front was not severly damaged but he got more upset claiming he was an expert. We sent him the accident pictures of the front proving that the whole front end of the car was all orginal and un damaged except for the front bumper cover and he never said or replied back. Probably felt embarrased. We have the before pix online at www.ournextcar.com. would have posted them but replies dont allow pix. Not sure which body shop he used to work at.

Never Acknowledged My Email Inquiry

I inquired about a car they had listed but they never bothered to reply. At the time, I didn't realize that they specialize in refurbishing salvaged and damaged cars. Regardless, they won't hear from me again.

Friendly, Informed, & Accommodating

Small operation, but friendly, informative, & accommodating. It was our first visit to this location, & we were impressed. The car we liked was sold a short time after we saw it. We purchased another car from another dealer in LA.
