The lot is very full of carefully waxed cars. That's where you should start being very careful asking how many maintenance issues the car is currently having. After that, have it CAREFULLY inspected for imminent repairs, I GURANANTEE you'll find some. His prices are a minimum of 10k OVER the value of the car and much higher than competitors. Start lowering your offer IMMEDIATELY. No amount of "great service" will make up for the price or repairs you'll find...he's carefully time for YOU to pay for...probably as a family emergency.

And he did all the way around. From communicating asap to friendly service to finding exactly what I wanted (and not trying to sell something I didnt want) John earned an A in my book. I'm 51 and been around. What really sets Backhuus above the rest is that he wont let you drive home in something crappy. He's going to make sure Roys fixes it right where some dealers dont care if your new to you car has issues. No doubt I'm buying all my cars from John now.
