Great buying experience

I purchased a brand new toyota from this dealership. I was extremely impressed with this dealership and my sales person Michael Davis. I have purchased more than a few cars and I have to say that he was the best salesperson that I have ever had. His knowledge about the car and explaining of all the features went above and beyond what I have come to expect when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend him as a salesperson. The dealership overall is very friendly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I recently went to Passport Toyota to have my 2014 Camry serviced. The quality of customer service by Lamone Taylor, service advisor, was outstanding. Lamone was very professional, friendly and very clear about the required maintenance. After my car was done he explained to me step by step what repairs were serviced. On top of that, I received a complimentary car wash. I would recommend anyone to visit this dealership for service, preferably Lamone Taylor. At times people do not trust every service shop with maintaining their vehicle, but I highly recommend Passport Toyota Service for the professionalism, quality and knowledge of the vehicles they service. Thank you Lamone Taylor. I will continue to do business with you.

No Pressure and Customer Focused Dealer

I went in to browse as it has been over 7 years since last car purchased. I ended up experiencing the Wow Factor led by my sales person Mike D. I visited thinking that the professional no pressure follow up call will not hurt and to see how good this place really is .. I even went in the rain as surely who likes to work in the rain. They showed me as I test drove multiple vehicles, was provided demos, all questions finance and non finance were answered. They exhausted me with their customer service and transparency. Mike didnt sell me the car he wanted me to have but allow me to understand all features and expectations of my intended purchase so I could make my own decision. I thought the dealership said Maggie's Toyota by time I left... great experience.

Wonderful Customer Service in Both Sales & Service

I would rate Passport Toyota at a 10 out of 10 in all services. Their skilled Service Department has taken excellent care of my 2000 Camry since I purchased it when it was new, and it still runs like new. Kudos to Lamone and Lisa who always attend to me as expeditiously as possible. Recently, I added to my Toyota vehicles a 2014 RAV4, and my salesperson was Michael Dahn. It was a very pleasant experience to deal with one so knowledgeable and helpful. The sales process went smoothly and Michael followed up with me to make certain that all was well. When I went in for my first maintenance visit recently, I received the same first-class treatment that I have become accustomed to. Finally, I would like to commend all Passport employees for their courteousness and professionalism. Keep up the good work!

I had a very good experience with Mike Davis at Passport. He was very attentive to my needs and did his best to make sure that I was satisfied with purchase. I appreciated his follow up call as well to make sure everything was going smoothly.
