If I could give zero stars I would. This is a bait and switch operation! Purchased my 2011 WRX from here for $12k and within a month (and taking it to three different mechanics) it needs $8k worth of work. I got my inspection at the mobil station Eli recommended because he would pay for it if I went there. Inspector passed me despite the horn not working. Car is over 125k miles though so not covered by lemon law. Eli claimed that not only did I cause all the damage to the car that was found but also that my trade in had a bad engine and he had to scrap it. That's funny because my kids and I saw it on the lot for sale! I had to take out a loan in order to get the funds to get some of the more important repairs done. I'm now $20k in debt for a car worth nothing. There's been a new issue with this car every week since purchasing. Eli told me if I changed my attitude and my 1-star review on google, he would consider partially paying for the repairs. I told him I was going to report him, he told me he would email me his lawyers contact info and hung up on me! Still waiting on that email...

Overall great experience. Very happy with my purchase. Mark was great. Delivered as he said he would. Price, payment all where I wanted them to be. Mark and Eli it was a pleasure working with you guys! Thank you!

I went here looking for a used car. Everything looked wonderful. They were very helpful and honest in all aspects. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the best dealership that I have been to. Eli, Mark and Danny are very accommodating. They were very patient and they took the time to answer all my questions. I got a great deal and the service was outstanding. I will definitely go there again.

I had sent a request about a car through cars.com but did not hear back. I called to follow up and was told the car was sold that morning. He tried to steer me to another vehicle but it was a different make, older and had more miles on it than the one I was interested in. It would have been nice to have been contacted that the car was sold as opposed to having to call to find out - especially since I sent a specific request through cars.com.

thought i found a great deal - turns out the car had 1000s of dollars wrong with it. luckily i found this out before i bought it. If you find a car there, make sure you bring it to an actual dealer to have it checked first. it's worth spending money to do that before you spend more on the car in repairs than you should.

DO NOT SHOP HERE Eli seems nice enough. Said that he only had "good reliable cars". We bought a 2004 Hyundai Elantra, and within 1 week the alternator died on us. He did fix that, but then 3 months later, and $1,700 worth of repairs later, needless to say we are not happy with our purchase. I understand the "buyer beware" and it is really our own fault, but I think people looking to buy a car should look somewhere else and spend a little bit more money from a better dealer. Do not go here.

First choice auto in haverhill ma. is a dealer that i had stumbled across while i was searching the net for a used vehicle for my son, they had an online add for a 2002 dodge dakota that my son was interested in, when i first called them about it they gave me in detail everything about the vehicle's past and present history on it then they made an appointment for me to go and look at it at my convenience, the best part about it was i was able to talk to the salesman and the owner at the same time, and they were both easy to work with, we were able to make a deal on the vehicle in no time at all, besides the great price they gave me they had already gone through the vehicle on there own and replaced any parts that they though were needed to make the vehicle safe and look great, they didn't try to hide anything. i have bought manny vehicles in the past for myself and my family and this was the best dealer by far i have worked with.
