Repeat Customer

I have bought a few cars here over the last decade and have always been happy. Never any issues and the staff are always friendly. However, knowing Spanish is a plus.

Great service, great deals

My husband found a great Dodge Ram that was in our price range and had low miles. We really liked it, but it was a big decision for us. We went to Aztec a total of 4 times until we completed the deal. Every visit was pleasant and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to buy a used vehicle!

Don’t go here

Horrible place to go to, owners are extremely racist. They had horrible deals and the service was slow and terrible. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else!!!!! Yes

Awesome customer service

I was looking for a good quality used car and my credit was not the best they help me get into the car I wanted and was able to keep my interest rate down. The staff was knowledgeable and went above what was required to help me . Drew is great to work with I would recommend Aztec and Drew to all my family and friends

Disappointed

I requested photos on a car listed on Cars.com. I never heard from the dealer nor were any photos ever posted of the car. They are not required to do any of these things but if you are going to the expense of paying for a listing and wanted to sell the car, it seems you might do these things.

Left hanging

I went in one week ago. Was told I'd be contacted. It's now over a week and have not been contacted. I have called and left message with no return call yet. I understand being busy, my house was hit by a tornado on Monday night, yet I'm still trying to take care of business and they can't even return my call. I'll be moving on to another dealer. I would recommend not waisting your time unless you have all the time in the world! Moving on!

Aztec Motor review

I bought a car from them and within a week a headlight went out. I went back to their dealership to talk to them about it and rudely said it was my problem and that could not help me with any further problems.

Great People to Work with!

Over the past few months I have been shopping around for a new vehicle as I previously had to sell my old one due to a knee injury and not being able to get as low into a car. When I first started shopping around my first call was to Aztec Motors, as my girlfriend got her care there and we have never had any major issues with it. I spoke with Drew when I called and explained to him what I was looking for and the reason. He started working right away and finding vehicles that were up higher off the ground. He first set me up with a Jeep that was in really good condition and he had pointed out some of the flaws that it currently had and stated he would repair them. At this time I did not bought the jeep and decided to look around at other dealerships. My experience with the other dealers were okay at best but when I pointed out flaws in the vehicles they just acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, told me the vehicle was supposed to make that sound, and just wanted the sell. I eventually called Drew back to see if he had the jeep still, unfortunately he did not but he worked with me over the phone for a half hour to 45 minutes on finding other acceptable vehicles. He even remembered name with out me stating my name. That's good customer service! He eventually got me set up with a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I went in yesterday to take a look at it with my mechanic friend. My friend was very impressed with the vehicle but had noticed the few things wrong. When I brought this up to Drew while I was at his shop he listened and actually took note of the issues and is currently getting these repaired. I have bought this vehicle from Aztec and I am very pleased with my dealings with Drew and his patience while I went through my vehicle buying process. Thanks again Drew!!! I highly recommend Aztec Motors.

HORRIBLE.

The salesman, Drew, would not return my calls when he said he would. He guaranteed approval, which I did not get. He also quoted an interest rate, which doubled when I applied. After he wouldn't return my calls I went in and he let me know that I wasn't approved. They have HORRIBLE customer service and do not work with people that have no credit. I would never recommend that anyone buys a car from them.

Sarah, I'm sorry your experience wasn't enjoyable. When working with no credit customers there is certain criteria set by lenders to get a loan. Lenders set the standard, not the dealership. They make stipulations that must be met, if they aren't attainable for the individual they will ask for a co-signer or deny the deal. Other lenders will approve a certain amount that may or may not be the price range of the car that your looking at. ugh a waste of 6 hours

Today I spent 6 hours trying to find a car to take home but walked away very disappointed. Told the salesman the financial situation and what we were interested in. After the first hour he came back telling us that we couldn't qualify for the one we wanted. Which was fine, if we don't qualify for an amount we don't. We asked to come back in and look around for something we could qualify for and the salesman told us to "just view the inventory online". Did he not want a sale? But ok, we found a few we liked and came back. Every one we looked at that was in our price range had horrible and broken interiors, except one. I know its a used car lot and not everything was going to be absolutely perfect but still. Alas our second choice it too had a problem, it was too old. Why couldn't this have been told to us within that first hour when we were told what we could only be approved for? Again I ask did the salesman not want to sell to us? Absolutely no help! I wish I had walked away after he first offered no assistance. I will admit that the staff is very friendly and some of their most expensive cars are nice but if you're looking for help and guidance from the salesman or a cheap nice car, keep on moving.

Disappointed Driver, When purchasing a vehicle, it needs to be affordable and in your price range. Unfortunately at that time we didn't have a vehicle in your range that you liked.
