I go by first impressions!!!! Very unsatisfied and felt because I made a deposit on first car that end up breaking down 2 days later after purchasing I was left to buy another car there. The owner didn't want to give my deposit back because it was a large amount!!! I hate the entire situation I was faced with!!! I'm scared this next car won't do right by me but I'm praying it will for the safety of me and my kids. I HATE THAT THIS HAPPENED TO ME!!! I will never buy anything here again because regardless of what was said and done and deal given to new car it don't make up to how I feel overall in the end. I was still force to do business where I no longer was interested in. I was overwhelmed then and still not okay today!!! Robin may just be the worker but this place needs to do better work on service before trying to just get a quick sale and take people money with no option if something goes wrong!!!

I would give this place no stars if that was possible. First they sell me a Honda Ridgeline, I take the car to the mechanic to check it out and they said the whole frame was rusted and that the wheels are rusted off and at any point in driving it back home the wheel could have come off. The mechanic said the car was completely dangerous to drive and that we got scammed. We take the Ridgeline back and demand our money back for having been sold a dangerous car. The whole time manager was refusing to give us back our money and our previous car we gave as down payment. Eventually they offered another car, a Nissan Juke. The car looked nice and our mechanic didn't see anything immediately wrong so we accepted it. Now four months later, I have to take the car to the mechanic because the check engine light turned on and it wouldn't accelerate at times on a highway. The mechanic said that the transmission is shot and we cannot drive it anymore. So now I am out $5000 on a car that doesn't even run. We are a family of two women and a disabled child and they didn't care to put us in an unsafe car. Someone in a better position should sue them. Please do not even go close to this car dealer

These people are scam artist and I’m not sure as to why they haven’t been closed down. I’m pursuing legal action against them for stealing the money given to hold the car, they don’t want to finance the remaining balance NOR do they want to give me time to pay off the car and keep the car on their lot for 2 months until paid off Or Refund the money that I paid them (over $3000) Or give me a car equivalent to the cash down payments that they currently have in their position. So therefore their telling me pretty much I’m assed out.

They worked with me on price and I really appreciate it since most dealers just try to squeeze everything out of you they helped me and were honest on what the car may or not need and made my buying process a knowledgeable one I appreciate all the help ask for Willy or Santiago !

The worst Used dealer car in New Jersey or call country I would not recommend anybody to buy a car in this place they sell junk I wouldn’t call dealer cars to this place I will Collett Junk dealer👹👹👹💀💀

I bought a 2002 Toyota Corolla from this location and in LESS THAN A xxxx WEEK, the engine is completely shot.. it’s been sitting in a f*ckin repair lot 3/4 of the duration of time that I’ve owned it. Never go to these thieves. They’ll sell you a xxxxxxxx car that’ll break in a week and won’t do xxxx for you.. don’t give these THIEVES a penny of your money or a second of your time. Turn and RUN

My daughter Latoya Foster came there on Friday, November 8, 2019 to purchase a car for my 17 year old granddaughter. She bought a car as is, with a couple of things listed as known issues. The car check engine light came on, and the car reaped of gas odor, the same night they brought it home. They contacted the dealership the same night and was told to bring the car back and they would have a mechanic look at it. This mechanic found no issues as stated by your dealership. My daughter took the car to a known mechanic and they found the car to be dangerous as the car had no catalytic converter. This was never listed on the as is contract. Also the car thermostat was bad causing the car to overheat and shut off. This car was $2,300 – which may not be much to you but for a single mother in medical school this is everything. You see when you decide to rip people off you never know who you are dealing with. I will not let this situation go that easily. You took advantage of my daughter and granddaughter. You put both their lives in danger and for that I am very angry. You also refuse to refund the money for the junk you sold them. I don’t expect a used car to run forever but I do expect it to run the day you buy it. Until this dealership rectify this situation, I will use social media to bring awareness to all your unfair practices. I will also file a lawsuit in small claims court and make sure everyone knows how you do business. I have already started a claim with the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. Until you do right by my family, I asked God to be the judge between you and I and by His Grace you will not sell another car until you do. It so sad to be xxxxx by local businesses that you trust!!!!

I saw a car online and went to check it out at their lot. Salesman that I dealt with was knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I felt I was treated fairly and will return for another purchase in the future. A+ for honesty too.

I was in need of a vehicle. So I purchased a 1996 pick up truck. The gas tank gauge doesn't work and it needed a muffler. They informed me about the muffler but not the fuel gauge. I changed the muffler myself and am overall please with my purchase. The truck runs and drives. Basically an A to B vehicle. I would recommend this place if you need a vehicle. They provided me the title for the truck about 9 days later. My sales person was Eugine. He is a cool dude. My truck was close to $1300.00 after everything included. and yes it does have a lot of mileage on it. But it drives really well and I don't have to worry about it. Thanks guys. I love my A to B travelling truck.
