My first service call at Boucher Cadillac was very impressive. They sent reminders, when I got there, they were expecting me and they finished everything ahead of schedule. They sent me a video of the inspection while I was in the waiting room – very cool! This will be my go to dealership for both of my Cadillacs in the future.
