Billion has a WIDE selection of vehicles to choose from. We were looking for a specific vehicle, and Billion was the only dealership in Eastern Iowa with... one. We emailed them we were interested, and they had it up front ready when we got there. The car was clean and as advertised. Some negotiating, better process than most dealerships, and received a fair deal (Not a steal, but fair).
My husband & I recently purchased a new Tucson--this is our third Hyundai. You can't beat the quality, warrantied and the price. Jake is very knowledgeable... & professional sales rep--as were Ryan, the manager and T J, the finance officer. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. Service for our other Hyundais has always been a positive experience. I recommend that you talk to Jake when you decide to look for a vehicle--you could save some time, frustration and $$. I know we'll return.

My experiance with Billion Hyundai in Iowa City was all good. I live 170 miles away,so most of the deal was worked out online. When I arrived,the salesperson... was courteous and helpful.And the car was clean and ready for me to drive.I`m glad I made the drive to Billion.I think the price I paid was fair,and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. I give em 2 thumbs up!

I just bought a new vehicle from Billion and had an excellent experience. I was a bit hesitant and cautious working with them at first, since this site... has so many negative reviews for this dealer, but the experience was absolutely top-notch all the way around. I knew exactly what car I wanted, with the exception of the color. We had worked out the financials of the deal over email, as I live approx. 2 hours away from this dealer. Upon arrival, the two cars were up front and ready for me, the salesperson was very courteous and welcoming, I selected the car and had no surprises at all during the purchasing process. They held true to the numbers we had worked out before my arrival, and made the 2 hour drive 100% worth it. I would absolutely work with them again, and in particular, my salesperson (Jeff).

Everything about buying my vehicle was made easy. Communication was great, there were no surprises, and my salesman knew every detail about the car. Total... time spent at the dealer was probably less than two hours, including the initial test drive and walk around, all the way through finalizing the paperwork.

Everything bad that you have ever heard about buying a car was present here. We were made to wait forever while they checked with their "sales manager"... finally left because when it came down to making a deal they threatened to raise the price on the car we were buying if we didn't offer our current vehicle in trade. All around shady. Felt like I needed to take a shower after we left the dealership.
I am so sorry you had a poor experience at our dealership. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction so we will use this information to increase our... customer service!
They kept lying about the cars to fool me into buying a car. I asked them about the final price, but when I wanted to sign the purchase agreement there... was $3000 more for stuff that I didn't ask and they tried to sell them to me. They lied to me about the loan, I knew I could have gotten a lower interest loan but they tried to push me and get the higher interest rate one, which I insisted and got the lower rate and after the seller figured I knew about the loans and stuff made up a stupid lie to cover their tricks! They just pretend to be nice and supportive the buyer by telling them horrible lies and fool the them.
I apologize for your experience at our dealership. It doesn't sound like you were treated as we expect our employees to treat our customers. Thank you... for giving us this information so that we may follow up and see what went wrong and how we can better serve our customers!
Although I already knew which car I wanted, they made the experience enjoyable. We were from out of town, so we had never been there before. I would purchase... another car from them.

Twice in the last year I went to Billion wanting to buy a new car. They *never* call you back when they say they will. I worked with two different salesmen... and both seemed bored and unenthusiastic. I didn't want high pressure but I wanted someone that was a little bit interested in selling me a car. I really wanted to buy locally but I ended up buying a new Hyundai in another city and had a great experience.
