This place is a GREAT place to shop for a car! Absolutely NO pressure from the sales team! Carfax.com had a list of their inventory, so I went in to see the ones I liked in person. Normally when anyone sets foot onto a car lot, a salesman will swoop in on you, but not here. I walked around the lot for a few minutes and then Tony approached me and I showed him the cars I'd pulled up on carfax and we decided on one I wanted to test drive, he went and got the key, took a copy of my DL and away I went to take it on the freeway and test it out. I've often had a salesman ride along, but they let me take it by myself, which was great because I could take my time and if someone had driven with me, I'd have been nervous. Sonny, the manager, was very patient with me explaining all the whys and wherefores on my financing. I actually got turned down by 2 or 3 other places, but Sonny got me financing right away! He never once made me feel intimidated by the process. The day I picked up my new (used) car was an extremely happy day for me! Jerome picked me in my car and took me back to the office to complete all the paperwork and get my XXX on the dotted lines and wa la, I drove away in my Honda CRV! Their priority is to help people get into a car, not SALES. I really appreciate how smooth and easy they made the whole process!

We have been coming to A1 Carz for several years now, this is our 3rd vehicle from A1 Carz. I must Say I received a fantastic service from Sonny. I’m very happy with my new truck. Very honest and trust worthy.

Buyer beware. Promised services were never performed and customer service was a nightmare. If you’re going to the dealership, be sure to have a mechanic inspect your car, I do not believe anything they promise you in the future.

Horrible place to buy a car from first of all they sold me a car with a bad engine and lied to me saying the car had no problems when they know it did I went to return my car a week later and they made me sell it back to them so they wouldn’t have to give me my 1500 down payment back when it was suppose to be a return they were getting loud and yelling getting in my husbands face very unprofessional and that was the only option I had to return the car if your thinking about buy a car trust me this place is not trustworthy at all take your money your loan you can do that anywhere and RUN they will rip you off and cheat and steal from you they should be sued and I am having my case reviewed by a lawyer because it clearly says in text it’ll be a return and when I got there they made me sign that I sold them the car for x amount so I wouldn’t be able to get my down payment back and I only had the car for 1 week there are so many laws they broke

My husband and i are very happy that we drove nearly 2 ½ hours each way to buy a car we were very interested in. Sellers do not always leave a good impression on us, but this was not the case. At A1 Carz was great from start to finish. We had contacted Ali on the phone and when we arrived, the car we wanted was ready for us to test drive. We liked the car, we signed the contract and were treated with care and respect like family. It was the best experience we've had in buying a car and we've bought quite a few over the years. We are very happy with the car and the purchase process. We confidently recommend A1 Carz to anyone.

Hey, I bought a Tacoma here at the shop yesterday. Met up with Alberto who took great care of me, test drive, pointed out a number of things for me on the truck, talked with Ali, worked out a reasonable price and the next thing I know, I am driving away with a Tacoma. Great customer service, reasonable prices. They went the extra mile and assisted me in driving it 1/2 an hour towards where I live so I can make the exchange.

I came back to A1 carz about the problem of the vehicle that I recently purchased the 2010 Toyota Matrix. Sonny and Ali worked with me and even give me a car to borrow while my car was getting repaired. Sonny called the next day and told me what was wrong with the vehicle and that I shouldnt worried about any expenses. I thought I was treated unfairly before but A1 carz's owner Sonny took care of everything. I think these guys deserve a second chance. Not only that, they showed me what customer service really mean. Thank You.

A1 has a good variety of cars for every budget. I recently bought a used Honda from A1 Carz. Since I purchased with cash the sales process was smooth and fast. Ali sold me the car and he was very professional. I was pleased with my purchase but I discovered an issue with the car when I got home. The problem was not apparent or known when I bought by either party. Looking back I could have inspected the car better. Regardless, A1 fixed the car despite being an as-is purchase. A1 could have left me with the issue and I would have been very unhappy. Fortunately for me they were very accommodating. In summary, I would recommend A1 for good used cars.

Just bought a car it says LIKE NEW. Got my credit check. Credit was good. They wouldn't let me leave! Trying to make a deal, this is what I can do for you. Being inexperience on car buying, I told them I shouldn't have a problem with the car since it's like new. Got approved on the loan, drove out happy. Next thing you know, I end up replacing new front brakes and new rotors because the car they sold me. I know is AS IS. Take care of your customers and your cars before you sale it. Safety first. Driving in the highway pressing the brakes at 65 mph. The car was vibrating really hard. Went back to this dealership. He had the nerve to tell me it's still a good engine after I complained about my brakes. He said he will fixed the rotor for $40 dollars. So I decided to take it to my mechanic and have the car checked. The front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced because it was warped. Oil wasn't changed. Air filter and cabin filter wasn't dirty and replaced. I haven't had the car for more than two weeks and I'm already having so much problem. Shaking steering wheel at high speed is fixed but now pressing the brakes 35 and below is the problem. I hope is not a tie rod end. Never go back there to do business. With my good credit I shouldn't have trusted this guy and gave them a chance. sad. I have receipts for the repairs and minor replacements. Just because AS IS and got your money doesn't mean you don't have to care anymore about your customer, it's how you make money so people can keep coming back for more and get more people to go to your shop.

I Had the pleasant experience of dealing with Sunny and Mo. I made few trips to dealership and test drove several cars finally my eyes caught 2002 Honda Civic beautiful black sedan. asking price were over my limit. but they worked with me and also give me 3month free warranty. i have the car for three months and im very happy.
