Bought a van from another dealership.
Bought a van from another dealership. Had Issues with it that the other place would take care of. Contacted Bowyer they got it in checked It out fixed the issues. Got me out in a short time. Now drives great, and the back washer doesn't spray on the inside on the front windshield. Thank you for great service.

We were looking for a specific vehicle that turned out to
We were looking for a specific vehicle that turned out to be very difficult to find. The sales manager, Mark, worked very hard to find the model and make with the particular features we wanted. He kept us informed and even sent some possible candidates for our desired vehicle. When the suitable car was found we received updates of the process for getting the car ready for our day of testing it out. Mark made this a painless and enjoyable experience and when we were directed to a salesperson, Dylan, the professionalism did not stop. We are extremely satisfied with our shopping experience of a generally nerve-wracking process. It was all made possible by the professional and personable dealings at Clint Bowyer Auto, from manager to sales to finance department. We have no problem recommending purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

The service department took care of the low tire pressure
The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

Fantastic trade experience in Emporia, KS.
Fantastic trade experience in Emporia, KS. Having provided the dealership with a dozen or so pictures of my trade vehicle, we were able to reach a firm number for trade value by phone before I drove up. They had a Toyota Venza on the lot and did not charge over the MSRP. So that was money ahead of Wichita. Then, they only have $199 document / admin fee whereas the Eddy’s Toyota of Wichita would have charged $750. So that was money saved. Gary was a delight to work with. The paperwork and vehicle were ready for delivery when I arrived at the dealership two hours later. It took longer to get the license plates switched than to do the title work. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes. I love trading with dealers by phone like this and Clint Bowyer Toyota made it easy for me today. Thank you.

Jason was a great salesman, and Marty was a great
Jason was a great salesman, and Marty was a great financial help. They were both very laid back, gave this info and let us make our decisions hassle free. They even stayed late on a Saturday, in a rain storm to accommodate us coming in from out of town. Highly recommend.

DISHONEST dealership.
DISHONEST dealership. Avoid at all costs. Go to Topeka or Kansas City. This dealership - very much including management - is the reason why car dealers have a bad name. I was corresponding with them for months about purchasing a vehicle. On the day it came in, after I started the paperwork process, the finance manager informed me about a 'NON-NEGOTIABLE ceramic coating and window tint that they add on - for $2500! This same product at any other Toyota dealer is less than $1000. Call around and ask. You'll find that to be 100% true. They pretended like I was informed about this ahead of time. I was not. The sales rep even apologized for not telling me about it. When I protested, they told me they didn't want a bad review from 'rude customers' and they were going to sell the car to someone else. Absolutely dishonest dealership. Avoid at all costs...

Service department has turned Scam shop
I have enjoyed working with this dealer in the past, but no more. Given the chip shortage, car lots are short on new cars to sell, and the Clint Bowyer solution is to scam people in the service department. I have a Chrysler van with an overhead info-tainment unit that was malfunctioning - they fixed the wiring problem, but left it so poorly attached it fell off the ceiling because multiple screw/bolts were left out. According to the service department - not our problem, but you can pay us more to do it right this time. I have a Ram truck serviced here, they completely disregard mentioning there is an open recall for the rear differential. Once the differential seizes on the highway, disabling the truck, I have it towed in for repair. They stall for 10 weeks before even starting any work, even though parts are widely available directly from Mopar. There's not big money in recalls, so they will leave you to rot. They also hide that there are secret recalls and extended warranties on your vehicle until they can charge you for them. You can take your car in for strange banging noises on bumps and they will find nothing, it's all fine. As soon as they can charge you, the problem finds itself, and they have no problem fixing it for 3x the cost the secret recall would have covered 2 months prior. You point out the recall notice you have in hand, with listed criteria that they must repair at 'no cost' to customer, and they laugh at you. That says it all as far as how they view customers.
