Brought my Dodge Ram in for oil change and had recall checked out. They were very friendly and helpful.

Great car buying experience everybody was very professional, helpful, and courteous. The way service should be.

I took my Ram in for a recall and found out that there were 4 recalls, all but one was minor. They took care of all issues quickly. I am curious why no one mentioned the fact that I had a check engine light already on when I dropped it off. Since they had to drive the vehicle they had to notice with the light on and the dinger sounding. I had the vehicle scanned at a different location and it is the Active Grill Shutter. I would like to believe if a Ram is at the dealership they would have been more thorough especially with recall issues.

I have purchased the last several vehicles from them and would highly recommend anyone buying to check them out. Super nice people working there.
