I could not be happier with my new RAV4.

I could not be happier with my new RAV4. With the help of Paulo Pinto I was able to find a car that met all of our needs and has made us feel like we are riding luxury. So happy to own a car I plan on driving until my kids take away my privilege to drive. The service department is great too and the warranty is a great comfort to me.

I originally came in just for a simple tire rotation, but the team here completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and truly cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. What impressed me most was how Jason listened to what I wanted, gave me clear options without pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Before I knew it, I ended up trading in my old car and driving away in a brand new vehicle that I absolutely love. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and they took the time to walk me through everything. I couldn’t be happier with my decision, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for service and future purchases. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for not just great cars, but truly outstanding customer service!

I took my Ram in for a recall and found out that there

I took my Ram in for a recall and found out that there were 4 recalls, all but one was minor. They took care of all issues quickly. I am curious why no one mentioned the fact that I had a check engine light already on when I dropped it off. Since they had to drive the vehicle they had to notice with the light on and the dinger sounding. I had the vehicle scanned at a different location and it is the Active Grill Shutter. I would like to believe if a Ram is at the dealership they would have been more thorough especially with recall issues.
