Great no stress car buying experience from the beginning to end. Happy with my experience.

Buyer beware! Please use extreme caution when shopping at Shamrock Motors. A vehicle that I purchased from there needed thousands of dollars in repairs only a few short months from the date of purchase. One issue I brought to their attention during the sale, but they, “could not reproduce,” was over $600 alone. It was intermittent at first but became worse over the next few weeks. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue themselves but my calls were never returned. I understand buying a car As-Is means there is no warranty but it shouldn’t mean that when an issue is brought up it shouldn’t be addressed. Especially when it was brought to their attention before the sale was complete. Unfortunately the sales department is at the mercy of the owner. They were understanding but the owner was unwilling to provide good customer service. Don’t let my mistake in choosing a dealership be yours!

For a transaction completed entirely via email/phone I’m very pleased. The vehicle delivered (1200 miles away) as promised and in exactly the condition promised in both pictures and words. The only uncomfortable part of the process was the “you have to trust me but we don’t trust you” attitude. But I guess these types of businesses get scammed, too. It ended up very well and it’s a terrific ride….as I post this 2 weeks after receiving the vehicle. Thanks, Mike. Dave

Typical greasy used car dealer. Beware of pig in lip stick. They’ll buy a wreck clean and up and sell it at blue book value.

Called to let Charlie know we loved the Lexus but because it ended up being $1000.00 more than listed price, we will pass on it then he said a few words and HUNG UP ON ME! How RUDE! WE were willing to spend $6000.00 cash!

Easy, professional, no haggle or pressure, good price... will definitely go back again. “Rock bottom pricing” is legit. I did my homework, and the price was more than fair.

Walked into the first time and was blown away. The service was outstanding. We went looking to replace a vehicle and wanted to go to a few car dealers. We walked in the lot saw a few and left purchasing a vehicle. Charlie is AMAZING, and we love Max also. Just had my vehicle one day now but that experience was mention-able. Such a great experience buying a car from Charlie at Shamrock Motors. Within 24 hours we were driving it off the lot. The no hassle prices made the purchase less stressful and Charlie was so fun to work with. Next time we are in the market for a car Shamrock will be the first place we look!
