I am a bit of a car junkie, I’ve bought 30 cars in the last 30 years. Buying from Young Used was one of the worst experiences I have had. After agreeing to the purchase price, I negotiated buying two tires at dealer cost to replace some worn tires. Once everyone agreed to the overall deal we were told that it would be 20 minutes before we could go to finance and sign the paperwork. After waiting 2hours we told our salesman that we needed to leave and would be back shortly. Upon return we were told there was a 5 minute wait for finance.45 minutes to an hour later we finally got to go in. The finance guy had paperwork for a higher price and did not have the tires as part of the deal. I refused to sign and demanded the agreed upon deal. This resulted in another wait of about an hour. We ultimately signed the deal we had agreed to. Here it is a month later and I still can’t get someone to follow up on the tires. I keep getting told that they have passed this on to another store and that someone would reach out to me. No one ever follows up. It feels like Young has gotten too big too fast and they no longer care about the customer.

After deciding on purchasing the vehicle, we negotiated buying two tires at the dealership cost to replace worn tires. Once everyone agreed to the deal we were told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes before we could go into the finance office and sign the paperwork. We were informed that a customer just went in and we were next. Two hours later we told our salesman that we were going to leave and would be back shortly. Upon return we were told it would be 5 minutes wait. 30 minutes later the finance guy was available to see. The deal he wanted us to sign was a higher price and the tires were not there. I pointed out the discrepancy and had to wait another 1 hour for him to get the right deal. It was clear that our business was not a priority for them. To add injury to insult, it has been over a month and now I am getting the run around on the tires that we negotiated.

Alex freaked out whe I refused gap insurance he also kept pushing a Kia after I said no several times. he played bait and switch. I also.had to tell this close 3 times I can't go 100 dollars over the payment we discussed he does not listen to anything

My husband works hard and doesn't get upset much but wow these guys just don't care. They don't listen and even after you say no they still push the car they want you to buy. What a joke this place is. Beware of Alex if you refuse gap insurance he will freal out

Way nice and very helpful even went out of their way for us . very honest made us fill like family. We will be buying a car from Avis again. And jackie made it stress free and enjoyable. Paper work was fast . Thank you Jackie for all your help. When we came to get our car it was not ready but let is barrow a loaner car tell ours was done being detailed
