Purchased my 2nd new honda in September 24, 1st was 21

Purchased my 2nd new honda in September 24, 1st was 21 ridgeline that I wish I kept. 2nd, accord sport l, hybrid. Honda has dropped the ball, the technology is lacking in this car, the lane keep assist bounces u from side to side and has taken me across the center line like3 times making it a huge safety issue, therefore I can't use it. The service department says there's no fix for it. The android auto also has its problem, your phone will call but u can't hear you or the other people can't either had to reset data system and seems to be an issue witha lot of them. The passenger seat sits really low without a way to adjust and there's no air vents for the rear passengers making for a miserable trip if going very far.. When you hit a small bump it sounds like you're hitting a 3ft deep hole. The mileage was 48 miles per gallon and went to 36 since the cold weather hit. I know the dealer didn't build the car but it seems they don't really care how dissatisfied u are. I took the accord back stating the problems and wanted to get back into a ridgeline, but they offered like 8 thousand less than what I just paid for it a month or so b4. It was a huge insult. Alex was great but isn't the numbers man. Really aggravated knowing I'm stuck with this

Took 23 civic with 15,000 miles in for a new wheel

Took 23 civic with 15,000 miles in for a new wheel bearing. Waited almost 3 hours. Got in the car and left. Car still making the same noise. Immediately took it back. They looked at it and said they mistakenly replaced the wrong side. Scheduled another appt for 10 days later. Took car in again. Had work done. Left and car still making noise PLUS a new noise of scraping metal on the side they replaced. Now it’s been 3 weeks and two visits. Taking back for a third time in the morning! Pissed is an understatement. I have zero confidence in this place.

Got the car back after 4 service attempts. October 16, Oct 28, Nov 7, Nov 8. Still not resolved. I filed a claim with NCDS.

D Patrick replaced two wheel bearing, two tires, and did an alignment. Took car to a different Honda service and they said it’s the REAR wheel bearing! This is now 6 different days I’ve had to spend my time dealing with a brand new car. Won’t buy another Honda because they can’t provide service work!

They are always great!

They are always great! The only complaint is they are hard to get into for a service. I always liked getting oil change coupons in my email. I don’t get those anymore.

This is my third new Honda purchase from this dealership.

This is my third new Honda purchase from this dealership. I would be lying if I said that I didn't miss Jack but I was more than happy with the way Mark Son conducted the sale. Whenever we decide to purchase another Honda I will be sure to look Mark up. The service department has always treated us as good as the sales department and we will continue using their services in the future.
