These people are a bunch of crooks. They bring in beat up card from the auction and do do their patches and gluing at the back of yard, believe me instead of installing bumpers and fenders they used the damage ones and glue it on, yes they glue it on. And when customers think they are getting a good deal,they are being shafted. As for the warranty they are selling, Veterans Warranty.....they are charging $1000 application fee which is basically a commission you are paying Shylet and they never tell you this. What they are saying is it's a very good warranty that's why it so expensive. And when you called I'm the warranty company they too are playing games. Bottom line is Shylet is a bunch of hustlers and crooks and so too is Veterans wartanty. So dont ever do business with these people, trust me on this.

The dealership has a 2011 335is up for 22.5k Theres a tampon in the center console, roof is destroyed, missing 2 $600 clips, Seats are literally falling apart. Under the hood is a aftermarket air intake with extensive water damage. And the odometers been rolled back to 16k miles. The dealer said "ehh its not a big deal" There was another gentleman looking at a white 535 that was knocking horribly as he started it. Not even worth the gas to take a look at these cars.

I hadn't bought a car in nearly 20 years, but found myself looking for a car and was glad I ended up buying from Sylhet Motors. The process was simple and painless -- no drama or stress. I visited the dealership on a Sunday to see the car I was interested in. There were a few minor scuffs and dings on the car that they promised to fix. We agreed on a price, and I left a small deposit. 3 days later they delivered the car to my home (and found a parking spot right in front of my building). Everything they promised to fix was fixed. We signed a few papers, and I paid for the car. It was so easy. Both Mahbub and Juan were friendly and professional. I spent maybe 45 minutes at the dealership and no more than 10 minutes taking delivery and doing the paperwork. Less than an hour of my time, and I got a great deal (well below KBB) on a low mileage car.

I honestly didnt feel like prey walking on the lot . Very homely feeling dealing with the staff and a warm straight forward business dealing with no hidden agenda.
