I came here looking at a GMC Terrain, and drove it. Noticed a Lincoln MKC, the car the owner Pete was driving and drove that one too. At no time was I rushed and all questions were answered right away. On the webg site I noticed more cars in my price range and went back to drive another one, the Jeep Cherokee with only 85,000 miles and the V6. Eneded up buying that one and got a good deal on a good Jeep with low miles that drove great. Thanks Pete for the good deal for a really good Jeep.

We purchased a car from them in January, and while it was my own fault for trusting the dealer and not getting the car checked within 30 days and rather waited for 6 month maintenance, they sold us a car that they said was in good condition that had almost 5k in repairs needed. I called to try to give them an opportunity to correct for their mistakes but they did not. This obviously is something you really need to be careful of at any dealer but just know it certainly is an issue with this dealer. The dealer is pleasant to work with but obviously having a working car at the end of the day is what you’re after when buying a car, not friendly banter. I also do not give 1 star reviews lightly, I have never done that before (yes I only have a few Google reviews but review places on their own sites usually)

Excellent experience! Easy no hassle buying. Good pricing and excellent customer service. We walked away with a beautiful truck that my husband loves. Definitely recommend.

You won't find your dream car here, or any decent vehicle for that matter. You're better off at the junkyard, or a salvage yard honestly. I don't even recommend you stop here to take a leak. Just keep driving.

My stepfather bought me a chevy Equinox and he got me a really nice vehicle for a low price like always. Pete couldn't of a better sales person and made sure the car was ready to drive

I recently bought a truck from this place and it failed inspection. Rather than doing the right thing and offering to make it right the owner, Pete, cited to me that I waited longer than 5 days to get my inspection so it's outside of their policy. I have 7 days from the time I registered my truck to get a sticker and believe I was past that by 3 days but that is irrelevant. They sold me a truck that won't pass a State safety inspection and then cite their policy to avoid fixing the issue. There are plenty of small used dealership's out there. Skip this one and go to one that stands by their vehicles that just drove off the lot.

Purchased a vehicle from Auto Authority back in September and it is a great car at a great price. The price was fair and they fixed a couple minor things before we picked it up so it would run smoothly for my 17 year old son who needed a reliable car. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever and it was simple to get financed through a local bank. The entire process took all of 24 hours. I would definitely purchase another pre-owned vehicle from Auto Authority.

I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee sight unseen from Auto Authority in Derry NH. As I live in Utah this purchase was entirely on trust. I called and spoke to both Joe and Pete and got an extremely accurate description of the Jeep, which I might add was in near perfect condition! Bot guys were helpful from my initial call right through helping the shipper get it on a truck; professional all the way.
