From my initial contact asking if the vehicle was still available to completing the sale, I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Hariom showed me the car and we took it on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very personable and low key. Shaktivir was also very low key, friendly and efficient in guiding me through the paperwork. A very pleasant experience to buy the vehicle I was seeking. I live in NY, I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Hawk in Kansas City. I have access to all the dealerships of NY, NJ and CT with no problem...and there are more than you can imagine! Every dealership in my local tri-state area had inferior versions for thousands more (in some cases almost 10K more). At 1st I was skeptical about buying a car sight unseen and having it shipped but after speaking with Sean, I felt so comfortable I began the process. Thanks to current shipping prices, it was cheaper for me to fly MO and enjoy a nice road trip home. When I arrived Sean and Hariom were even nicer in person! Was the easiest car buying experience of my life. They were very organized and had everything prepared upon my arrival. Sean insisted on a test drive and walking me through every aspect of the vehicle so he was sure I was completely satisfied. The car exceeded my expectations, after test driving the ones in my area, the condition was superior to all of them. I enjoyed a seamless closing and was out the door much faster than expected. I was looking for specifically a black toyota Sienna between a 20017-2019 range. A 2019 one popped up on Hawk Automotive just 15 minutes from our house. Sean was personable, not high pressure, very upfront, and worked with us in the purchasing process. He was always available for questions, and allowed us to process the decision. While there we also discovered our younger son had purchased his Audi from him! He also had a good buying experience with Sean! We would definitely recommend him and Hawk Automotive.
