Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited , Diesel.

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited , Diesel. Brought it straight to get an oil change. Power steering fluid was empty, break fluid was low. Tow days later it started pouring out coolant. They fixed it a charged me over $200 because there was no warranty. I paid over $17,000 for the truck. They should have fix it just in good faith. Three times in the next month I had to bring it back for the same reason. Told me they pressure tested and there were no leaks. Happened again a month later. Over heating and leaking. Brought it to another mechanic, he thought it might be the thermostat. He showed me the thermostat and it was black and covered with a black greasy substance. He suggested that Abington pour something in to seal the leak. Another month went by, engine light came on, was over heating, service 4 wheel drive system came on, was stuck in 4wheel drive low and would not go over 38MPH. Got fed up and when to the dealership. They said all the wires underneath were completely fried, two hoses were leaking, and would cost 5k for just a knew harness, over 3k for the hoses. Problem is Jeep no longer has that harness. Has been in the shop for a month while they are trying to figure it out. STAY THE xxxx AWAY FROM ABINGTON AUTO MALL!!!!!

Chevy

They were ready and waiting for me to come in.... even called me to see if I was ok....(taking an Uber ride and stuck in traffic). Then I tested the car and felt it didn’t fit me. She then got me keys to try out any car I liked with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I’m sorry to say I couldn’t decide on a car... it was like 100 degrees out and it made for poor decision making. I keep looking at their site and hope another car I like is available. Not at all pleased with Scott

Salesman Scott tried to sell my brother a Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 4.8 as if it had a 5.3. When we showed him his error, by opening the hood and pointing out the 4.8 badging, he didn't know what to say. Clearly he didn't know what he was selling. He then tried to sell it anyway. When we explained the gvwr was too low to tow our boat, he didn't understand what that meant. When I told him it was illegal to exceed the gvwr of the truck he pointed his slimy finger at me and says "buddy, you don't know what you're talking about. It's not illegal." To that I say here is the link to the appropriate legislature saying it is in fact illegal (https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleXIV/Chapter90/Section19A). Maybe Abington Auto Mall will help Scott learn from his mistakes. And I'm not your buddy.

Easy purchase process

Sales person was very nice, financing was a simple process, only took a few days to get the car and paperwork processed. Very easy to deal with, would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle They had put new tires on the vehicle before I purchased it, so that was a good thing

Friendly, Easy to Work With Staff

This car buying experience was the result of failure at another dealership. After driving almost an hour to Abington and being underwhelmed by other dealers we drove by and stopped at Abington Auto Mall. The customer service was exceptional and the agents were very willing to make a deal. The representatives even helped set up car insurance and registration at the DMV which was gladly accepted. Was upset about driving so far for a crappy dealer but ended up receiving a great deal anyways with Abington Auto Mall!!

Great service,great price, great car!!!

I bought a Nissan Maxima about a week ago and I Love it!! I went into Abington Auto Mall in the morning and by 11am I was driving my new car out of there!! They also gave me a great amount on my trade-in! The salesman Mike was very helpful! He went above and beyond for me! He showed me all the features my new car has. I felt no pressure shopping here which was another huge plus!! I will be going back there in spring when my husband is ready to buy a truck!! I will definitely recommend Abington Auto Mall if your looking for a nice,clean reliable and affordable car with friendly associates!! Thanks again!!

Very Happy Customer

I was in need of a new car, and fast. I found one at the Abington Auto Mall via online. They held the vehicle for me until I came in for a test drive. I fell in love! They went above and beyond to make me happy. I got a great price for the car, an oil change, detail, and four new tires. They also replaced the battery in my smart key remote and practically filled the car with gas. Since there wasn't a spare key, Rick Bernasconi made arrangements to get a spare key at a discount too. I would definitely shop there again. Mike and Rick were great!

Very knowledgeable salesman

We went to dealership looking for late model Suburban. We found one we liked and ended up dealing with Mike. We actually purchased our old Suburban from him new 10 years ago. We liked dealing with him then and now. Very knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Hope to buy from him again.
