They will lie to you about the used vehicles and make it

They will lie to you about the used vehicles and make it seem like you are getting the greatest deal of a lifetime. When in actuality you get a salvage motor, and it isn't disclosed anytime during signing. You want to talk about their mechanics? They put in this motor and didn't even notice, nor fix a coolant leak! Try to get them to make it right because now you don't trust any of them and you are SOL.

Salesman was very courteous and attentive and helpful so

Salesman was very courteous and attentive and helpful so much so the 60 mile trek seemed just like the ‘30 miles he said it was from KC. Small dealer but tidy; the mechanics’ shop seemed well equipped and the service manager equally helpful. Small town atmosphere.

I Bought a car from Zeller this week on Monday before

I Bought a car from Zeller this week on Monday before getting home the fender and Bumper separated. After Speaking to Billy the sales Manager he said take it to my Body shop if it is prior damage they would make it right and pay. At the Body shop for repairs they came in to show me the car had been wrecked and they glued the bumper and fender back together to hide the damage.The headlight assembly is also broken. That is over $1600.00 by it's self. I told the sales Manager Billy they can get me a loaner car and do the repairs themself. He got snippy and said I don't think it was previous damage and I am not doing anything. I said I don't want to go thru legal but will if we have too. so he said have your attorney call mine and Hung up. I am a 69 year old Disabled Senior and won't take that crap from a snot nosed kid that is Power hungry. I have contacted the Dealership Owners and am awaiting a response. The Attorney General of the State,BBB, cars.com and Car Fax have all been notified as to this fraud. I am Irish and German in Heritage and will not allow this to go unchallenged. All I want is the car fixed correctly.

Don't purchase from Zeller Motors

Zeller Motors doesn't deserve the 4.8 rating they have! The service they give to customers when something is wrong with their vehicle especially when you haven't had it that long is horrible!! They show you they really don't care about their customers after they purchased a vehicle from them! They tell you they inspect a vehicle before you purchase it but they don't I only had my vehicle I bought from them 5 months and already having transmission problems when I haven't put 5,000 miles on it and get blamed for it!

We were able to procure a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder that we absolutely love. The financing terms were acceptable, and the experience was awesome! Highly recommend thia dealership!

They did a fantastic job finding me the vehicle I loved

They did a fantastic job finding me the vehicle I loved at the price I could afford, even having to deal with my credit struggle. Tristan is a fantastic Zellesman! He worked with me every step of the way and didn’t let me give up. 100% recommend this company and everyone that works here.
