Tough to sell car when you do not meet customer.

Hard to sell a if you fail to meet the customer. I drove 2.5 hours to and from this dealer and waited a half hour on the lot. Phone calls were straight to voicemail. Spent 45 dollars in gas and six hours to get NOTHING. No call backs, no apology.

We are so sorry that this happened to you. We had all intentions of meeting you that evening. Our cable/phone line had been ran over with a mower at our house and we didn't realize our phones were not working until the next afternoon. We actually thought you had changed your mind on coming to look at the truck. We did not have your number or we would've called you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
