Chuck, Bob, and Mr Deckard were personable especially Chuck who worked hard to find something that fit my needs and budget. The car had not even been detailed yet, but was in good condition. They gave me a good price and it still was under warranty. Chuck is a fun and adorable guy with lots of personality. I felt like at home there with all the guys. They are the Best!

We had to no plans to buy a car the day we stopped and looked. Ricky Bobby was our saleman and he was awesome!!!! He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He genuinely cares that you get the right car for you and your needs. Ricky Bobby and the other staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond to help you get the best deal. The main reason that we did not give an excellent rating on everything was due exclusively to the length of time the purchasing procedure took. We finished out test drive before 6:30 p.m. and did not leave the dealership until 9:45. Pat treated us very well and stayed with us until well after we were taken to the finance office. We have no problems with any of the staff. They were all very pleasant and helpful. We spent most of the time waiting for the finance department. Evidently there was only one finance officer working. Once we got into the finance office, we spent about 45 minutes with him which by that time was 9:45 p.m. Next time we will know to eat dinner before we go look at vehicles.

This 2013 purchase was the 5th vehicle our family has bought from Mr. Dairry Walker at Parks since March 2000. How many car salesmem have been with one dealership for over 13 years? If and when we or members of our family are in the market for another vehicle, Mr. Walker will be our sales person. Mr. Woolley, General Sales Manager seems to run a very freindly and customer oriented business. Ms Lori Ratzlaff is the third Service Writer I have dealt with in 13 years. She carries on the service provided by her two predecessors whom moved up in the organization. Having service writers with this kind of lenghtly tenure demostrates the organizational quality of PARKS MOTORS. The blame for employee long term employment and experience; friendly and courteous service to customers in the sales process; and excellent and technically profienct service technicians, some whom have serviced my vehicles since 2000, are due to the owner of the business, John Culver. If you are in the market for a car, PARKS MOTORS is the place, just 10 miles east of the Wichita eastern city limit. A pleasant drive for an important purchase decision.

I have never met a more down to earth sales team than I did at Parks. I was treated as if there wasnt another customer there. Pat treated me as if I was a friend he had known for years. Chuck Goff was very friendly and helpful in the purchase of our new Jeep. He demonstrated the new features, and made sure I was comfortable operating all aspects of the car. There was a minor problem, and he arranged to have it repaired the next day! I love my car, and appreciated the courtesy and "follow up" we have experienced.
