The owner Mary in her politics. Click ray.Good salesman.I don't know why people complain.These people are the Best.And that's why I'll buy my second card from now

I have read all reviews. Seems that the owner Mary never actually takes responsibility for anything wrong. She never once apologizes for any negative customer experiences or reviews. And me being a business owner knows , we all make mistakes from time to time. A good , professional business would never try to do it, but when they happen would do everything in there power to fix it and take it as a learning experience. But this place. Yes has been in business for 40 yrs , why, because they prey and live off the low income and poor credit customer. Because that's the only place they can purchase from. And I'm not that one. I was disturbed by a experiences my daughter in law had there and then said let me try doing business there. The vehicles are priced extremely over kkb value and that lifetime warranty is bs. They just bandage there cars and sell them like there good. Being honest. It happens everywhere. But if this owner. MARY really when in business that long. She would of made that next step and became a big dealer like Rosen and all. And that's why she lost one of her best sales man to Rosen yrs ago. And I know him personally and was told how shady they are. Don't waste ur time with frontier. Go to a reputable dealer u can trust. This place is absolutely 💯 bad .

I want to start off by saying thank John for all his help. Now let's get to the real problem, I took my daughter there to purchase a car. We found one that she loved and John tried with all his might to get her financed. The owner Mary decided that she did not want her to have the car that she wanted and tried to put her in something else without a lifetime power train warranty. We insisted on not to get that car. After all of of going back and forward with the car she decided that she can get the car with more money down. We told her that we will have it Friday and we wanted to put a down payment on it to keep the car. She told us to come back on Friday with all the money. So that is what we did. We were looking for insurance so that we could purchase the car and closing time came. We told her that we would be hack back tomorrow to get the car with insurance. I purchased the insurance and went back to Frontier and the owner Mary sold the car that we want to purchase. And she did not even have the courtesy to even tell us that she sold the car. She had the sales person tell us. if you want to deal with this company, I would advise to think twice she will try to put you in things you do not want and try to justify it. This is a bad business move, because I was going to purchase a vehicle also. Do not buy from here if you are African American and young they believe that you can not afford the car and insurance.

love my car they gave me a great deal and helped me with my financing. i was in and out fast even help me get insurance. thank guys.

thank you guys for your help my credit was challenging but you guys made it happen other places told me no or did not even try but you guys did. will send everyone looking for a car you way.

i bought my gmc acadia here about 4 years ago and i had put on about 75k miles on it since and i had some issues with the timing come up and the mechanic there work on my truck and it feels like brand new thank you guys at frontier for the quality work you guys are my dealer for life. need repair go to them they wont reap you off like other places do.
