Best Service Department.

We love the service department here. Deric takes great care of all of our vehicles. Kia Sedona, Kia Stinger, Kia Rio and a Ford Fiesta. Always very well taken care of. Trustworthy.

Great service!

Just got done purchasing my second new vehicle from Shawn McAdam. Knowledgeable sales man! No pressure kinda guy and really seeks to know what it is you are looking to buy rather than him just trying to make a sell and have you buy what he would want you to buy. I’ve purchased plenty of new vehicles before but Shawn and Sands Kia are now my place to go to for trusted service. The whole team there is very professional. I have also made this my go to place for maintenance. Derric in maintenance is awesome as well!

Great service!

Just got done purchasing my second new vehicle from Shawn McAdam. Knowledgeable sales man! Total scam! Stay away!

This place is a joke! Complete scam, they advertise low prices then jam 4k in xx add ons. I contacted them about a car they had advertised for $14,000. They also started there was a dealer discount available so I contacted them to get their price. They replied with $13,700 then added +$599 doc fee, +$289 supreme protection package, +$2,695 reconditioning, +$499 DrivPur. For a total of $17,782. I replied to them them asking If they were offering the car at $13,700 or $17,782 because I would be interested in the car for $13,700. We went back and forth through text messages where Shawn refused to actually answer my question. I was told they don't negotiate over the phone and I needed to go to the dealer to get a price? I replied I would come in for the car at the advertised price but not for $17,782. He refused to give me an actual price for the car just kept insisting I come in. Very deceptive pricing, just glad I didn't waste my time driving across the valley for this xx. Don't waste your time and don't fall for the scammey prices.

Horrible and deceitful practices

Ended up buying a car after I was told my warranty from FORD could be deducted from my loan. Driving the car I noticed that the tint was scratched, there were scratches all over the car, and there were no floor mats included with the car after I was told I would at least get floor mats. I had to go pay for it after they raised the price of the car I went in for by $4,000 compared to the listing he showed me. Shady practices and my mistake for letting them pressure me into believing their lies. This car has had non stop problems and it only had 24000 miles when I bought it. What a xxxx show.

We have three KIAs and a Ford and we always bring in for service. We can always taking our cars to Derric for great service and being honest and trustworthy.

Had a decent experience at first when we first bought our vehicle. Salesman- Christian and his a manger/ Director. Purchased a 2022 Kia carnival. When we first got the vehicle , the front two windows were the only thing tinted, and one little part by the mirror was missing, so we paid tint for nothing. Fine since I was getting it tinted darker anyways. No biggie. I was promised some all weather floor mats (which are amazing in arizona) but didn’t get it it writing, My fault I know. But I called 6-8 months ago since the vehicle was new, these accessories weren’t readily available. So I was told we needed to wait until they got some in and they would mail them to me since I’m about an hour away. Understandable. No issues. I called a few months ago, and of course they don’t remember that part. I was told they would look into it and nothing resolved. I called a month ago , nothing. And haven’t had a call back until I called in today and Christian’s manager wasn’t there and the managers can’t help since they weren’t involved in the deal lol Which is wild… it seems as if they are purposely slow playing it so I forget about what they promised. Reminder to all of you shoppers to never trust these guys and get everything in writing. Sands Kia has my info if they decide they want to contact me and correct it.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Advertised a Used car here for 24,000, but doesn't count the reconditioning fee of ~$2600 or other fees that brought the real price to ~ $27500. Add on top their trading link on their site says 12,500 - 14,600, and they offered $8000 after saying what great shape it was in. Basically the best they could do was my care and 18K out the door. Or about 6K over what their own site says
