Oil, Filter Change
Read reviews that mention:
Highly understaffed, went in for an oil change. Drive was empty but was told they couldn’t get to it for three hours. Came back three hours later and was... told they still couldn’t get to it. I was given an excuse that they were understaffed. Not good steer clear.
The Sands Kia service department in Surprise, AZ is the best. The staff is professional and trustworthy. My car is always returned faster than promised... and cleaner than I left it. They are friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. Amenities include donuts, popcorn, water, coffee, etc. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I would not go anywhere else for an oil change or either other service, for that matter.
Brought my Kia in for an oil change on Wednesday. Fair pricing, no appointment needed and no high pressure upsell. I'd definitely recommend Sands Kia's... service department to my friends and family.

My battery died, they sent someone to my house jumped the car, the dealership replaced the battery under warranty, had the car washed and I was back on... the road. the whole thing from the time someone came to the house until I left the dealership took about 45 minutes. that's great service. I could not be happier.
Pleasant interaction with Sales (Kristian Dume' =- very knowledgable and pleasant)- after some haggling, Steve - Internet Sales Director, came over. Here... is where it goes bad. He came to justify the $2600 recondition fee for "all internet sales." 1. No introduction of himself. after 2 hours of dealing with us. 2. Starts off sentence with, " I don't you to feel rushed BUT".... 3. Provided an unwanted/ needed math lesson and told me all the hoops they jump through for used cars (DON'T CARE, I'm the CUSTOMER). 4. To no fault of his own, has an extreme biological facial reaction to stress and appears angry. 5. Argued with me about advertised price and stated I was "Mad at their Marketing." and just generally put us off. Overall, I felt Kia had a good sales team on the floor, I feel like I finally received a fair deal (them as well), but Steve is detrimental while facing customers.
Sands Kia and our service consultant, Stephen Sanchez, work very hard at taking care of their customers needs. Your the best, thank you for taking care... of all our vehicle needs.
Best price on purchase, friendly personnel, no high pressure buying. Service was outstanding. Clean dealership great selection of KIS's, will buy another... vehicle in the future years.
I looked at everything Sands Kia did the deal I wanted and got me in the car I wanted. went the extra mile for me. the service and parts Departments are... also excellent.
Shopping for a new car and called various places to get quotes. Shawn refused to send in a quote and work out a deal over the phone. Was subtly rude over... text messaging. Laughed and hung up on me during last call. Other dealers were happy to work with me and I got a good deal for what we got.
This place has by far the worst customer service. The sales manager STEVE looked at the poor salesman Kristian who by the way was very nice and said good... I’m glad I didn’t want that deal anyways. If that is how you folks treat not only customers but your own salespeople who I am sure work on commission that is plain sad. I got into a verbal argument with STEVE in the middle of the store and the other sales people said they were embarrassed. Shame on you guys for allowing him to run your operation like this. I was a Sands customer in the past and now will never ever do business and I will also do my best to make other people aware to stay clear. Steve also accused me of bringing in an expired certificate for a deal that was still valid for three days. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere.
