The purchase of our new KIA Telluride was very easy. The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. Ernest answered all of my questions. The service department just performed the 8000 mile check up; the service was done very efficiently. The service personnel were very professional and communicated well regarding the work.

I have never been to an All Star dealership That had good car care or good customer care. As much as I love my Kia I can't stand the dealership that I am forced to use.

Hiring Attorney to sue for damages and slander
As a new widow these people have no integrity or honesty. I am glad my deal didnt go through so I can buy a safe car that didnt break down 3 times like the car did from this dealer. Warning do not trust these people.

Great All Star Kia Dealership!!
I travel over an hour to have my Kia serviced at All Star in Denham Springs. I live in Covington! What a great place! Other dealerships would have charged me 5 times the amount for my car. It is so worth the ride. All Star , you are a star to me.

She's always friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome to be there. I would definitely recommend my friends to get service at all star kia east. Even the cashier is very nice and respectful. What a JOKE
This place is a JOKE! Do not recommend coming here! First, they don't return phone calls when you leave messages. I had to call several times to actually get assistance on scheduling an appointment over the phone. Then I needed my fuel filter replaced, and they said they don't do that because it would cause more problems than it would solve! What? Seriously? You're a SERVICE mechanic for Kia brand vehicles which means you should be able to fix Or replace ANYTHING Kia brand vehicles need!!!!! Do yourself a favor and find a good old local mechanic to take care of whatever you need, including maintenance work! This dealership is A JOKE!
