Made an appointment to have my oil changed,the employee that made the appointment for me was very professional. Made it to my appointment for 10 as sc...hedule. The employee greeted me as I was stepping out of the vehicle, asked how can she help me. I explain to her what I came for. Everything was great didn't have a long wait at all. I went into this location on 11/22/17. We made sure the sticker in the window stated the vehicle had a warranty before we bought it. The salesman told... us that the warranty was only good through 60,000 on the vehicle, which was fine. I drove the car off the lot that day. After about a week or two, the check engine light came on. I called them and notified the issue. They told me that I would have to take the vehicle to the location on Siegen in Baton Rouge for the service department to look at it. I brought it to them and they said that I had to schedule a repair appointment, but they were booked up until after the first of the year. I made that appointment and dropped my vehicle off on 1/4/18. On 1/5, I paid my first car payment then received a call from the service department stating that the warranty ran out in September 2017 (which was almost 2 months before I bought the car) and that I would be responsible for repairs over $1000.00. I called Kia East and they said that the warranty being checked on the vehicle was their mistake and the warranty was indeed out. All we asked was for them to make it right, so Siegen called and stated that Kia East told them that they were extending the warranty until 9/19/18 with a $200 deductible. It is now 1/9 and they are now saying that there is NO WARRANTY. I stopped by East today and the manager and salesman stated that they never told us they would extend the warranty. Once again, I told them that it was their mistake and they need to fix it. Now, they are saying that they will pay for the repairs, but after that we will be on our own. I still haven't received confirmation of this. I'm very dissatisfied and will never recommend anyone to do business with this company!!!!
