I purchased my brand new truck 3 weeks ago and then I started getting these messages about my brake system failure. I called in to talk to Cody but apparently... he doesn?t work there any longer so I started talking to Vince. After telling him about the issue he said to bring it in, which is a little difficult as we live in burley about 45 minutes away. So we decided to go in on Saturday the 4th of January. They plugged in the computer system and I was told it was a common thing and was assured that it shouldn?t happen again. This was after sitting there for 2 hours before someone finally told us about your guys shuttle system. It would?ve been nice to know as we were all hungry. So we left and figured the problem was over. Then on Monday the 7th of January the same issue comes back on. I called Vince and once agin was told to bring it back in. I told him I work all week is there a way you guys could pick it up and he said he was a little short staffed and to see if I could bring it in. When I was first purchasing the truck the salesman was eager to drive the truck to my house so that we could finish deal and it wouldn?t be an ?inconvenience? as he said to me. Why is it that you guys were so eager to help in the beginning but now that I have issues it?s up to me to get it there? Now it?s an inconvenience for me as I have to miss work or sit there on my day off.
Everyone is always nice, and friendly. The waiting area is always clean, coffee is great. Visiting with Randy when he has a minute is just a bonus.

I have had this vehicle in numerous times for transmission issues and have seen no improvement. There have been many diagnostic tests that I have not gotten... any results from. The Sales Manager, service advisor and salesman have all left the facility that I purchased from. The vehicle continues to have the same problems. I am on my 4th customer care representative from GM and she does not return calls either. Very poor service on both accounts. The last time the vehicle was in for repair they service advisor indicated it would be 1-2 hours and they ended keeping my vehicle for 1 1/2 days with no vehicle to drive. I feel like I am getting the run around from this dealership and am not satisfied with them or the vehicle at this time. If this is not resolved by August we will be taking the next steps regarding Lemon Laws.

On the 8th of June (Tent Sale) my wife and I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited with about 22,000 miles at the Rob Green Dealership in Twin Falls. What... a fiasco it was. We very quickly selected the vehicle we wanted. It took another 3 hours to finalize the transaction. We have excellent credit so it was not on us. We waited and waited. My wife encouraged us to leave. Our salesman was a marine veteran and the delay was not on him as the deal had been signed off. In respect to his military service (I am retired from the army) I stayed. Finally we got out of there and before we got 5 miles down the the road the low fuel warning came on. We fueled up and made it home. We got home and discovered that the back seat carpet was oil stained beyond cleaning. Absolute oil and grit embedded in the carpet. We had not noticed as we did not get in the back but the salesman had 3 or 4 times. The next morning the dealership called and said we had to sign another paper. So a 24 mile round trip was made. When we were there I approached the sales manager and voiced my concern about the fuel and the carpet. He said he would fuel it up and have the carpet detailed. I told him it was beyond detail and he said that was all he could do. The Explorer tank was full so he said stop anytime and he would fill it. We stopped a week later and an employee put in 5 gallons of fuel. And remember our round trip to sign another paper. I lost it! He added more fuel. And I apologized to guy because he was just doing as he was told. Buying a tank full of fuel is not going to hurt us. But the way we were treated after a $38,000 purchase is terrible. They have not emailed or called to see how the car is or to determine our satisfaction. Other than the ruined carpet we are happy with the Explorer so it's not the Explorer it's the dealership. But I am the one that stopped at the lot and signed on the dotted line. So I am also responsible. Simple - If you have to shop at Rob Green Buick Gmc Twin Falls,DON'T
