I came in looking for a work truck and left with a new ford ranger! Thanks to Gage Silva he got me the price that would fit me best and was super helpful with all the information I asked for. I showed up later then expected due to work but he made sure he had the truck pulled around waiting for me once I arrived and fueled it up for me before I left with it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy from rob green gmc!

Excellent Service!
I absolutely love my experience with Rob Green GMC every time. Recently I purchased a new car and while the road was long (thanks pandemic), the process was stress free. Mike Trejo deserves the gold star - he hands down made the process easy for me! My new 2023 Duramax Yukon Denali XL was so incredibly worth the wait! Mike was a great communicator and always willing to take my call to answer my questions throughout the whole process! Additionally, Noah and Lokey always have smiles on their faces and welcome me with kindness. They both helped in the process of trading in my 2020 Yukon and getting me into my new one. When my new car arrived, Dylan explained the entire financial process, helped me sign my paperwork and answered all my questions so I could choose which warranty I wanted. When I come in for a service, Dave and Shane always listen to me about what is going on and take great notes to ensure everything is completed correctly and thoroughly. The detail guys always make sure my car is in tip top pretty shape when I leave. And I can't forget Randy in parts, he always makes me laugh while I am ordering parts! He helped me order all my accessories! As you can see, I interacted with a ton of people at Rob Green and the handoff was always smooth, the questions always answered and the customer service always top notch. I have recommended Rob Green GMC to several friends, my roommate, and my sister and they all have had equally great service just like I have. I will continue to refer people to the team at Rob Green. Go Somewhere Else
Make sure to have any used cars you purchase here checked out well before you buy them. I purchased a used car here and the transmission went out and ended up having all sorts of other issues just 3 months after I purchased it. Unfortunately, when I contacted the dealership about this they were not willing to work with me, but offered me half of what I owed on the vehicle, if I got it fixed first. Also, make sure that any extra warranty you purchase through the dealership that you ask them if there are any caps on the amount that the warranty covers, as this was not disclosed to me either.

Bad Service not on time
Had a little warranty work on the head lights to do we had a appointment at 1-30 it was suppose to take one hour to fix it went back at 2-15 and they had not even touch it what a joke for a service department we will not be doing any work at this place.

Best experience ever buying a car new or used!!
Let’s face it, in a business where car salesman haven’t always had the best of names, the Valley has a true Gem at Rob Green GMC, Quayd Jones!! I spent many hours researching cars online and finally decided on a Buick. At Rob Green I encountered Quayd! He was the friendliest salesman I have ever met! He had knowledge about every aspect of the car I was looking at and made some suggestions as to why or why I would or wouldn’t need to have some features! When he asked questions, he truly listened and never pressured any part of the experience! He met all of my questions with knowledgable answers and helped me to get the car I have dreamt of for a long time! Rob Green GMC/Buick, you have a real treasure in Quayd! Fantastic job! Unsatisfied Customer
I purchased my brand new truck 3 weeks ago and then I started getting these messages about my brake system failure. I called in to talk to Cody but apparently he doesn?t work there any longer so I started talking to Vince. After telling him about the issue he said to bring it in, which is a little difficult as we live in burley about 45 minutes away. So we decided to go in on Saturday the 4th of January. They plugged in the computer system and I was told it was a common thing and was assured that it shouldn?t happen again. This was after sitting there for 2 hours before someone finally told us about your guys shuttle system. It would?ve been nice to know as we were all hungry. So we left and figured the problem was over. Then on Monday the 7th of January the same issue comes back on. I called Vince and once agin was told to bring it back in. I told him I work all week is there a way you guys could pick it up and he said he was a little short staffed and to see if I could bring it in. When I was first purchasing the truck the salesman was eager to drive the truck to my house so that we could finish deal and it wouldn?t be an ?inconvenience? as he said to me. Why is it that you guys were so eager to help in the beginning but now that I have issues it?s up to me to get it there? Now it?s an inconvenience for me as I have to miss work or sit there on my day off.
