Very Good Experience And They Are Professional

I'm a newcomer to San Diego, and I feel lucky to find this family hold dealership in Miramar. They not only take care of the used car to make it like a new one but also provide all the professional services such as registration in DMV, which saved me a lot of time. What's more, they sent the car to my house for free. I appreciate their help and I guess most customers can harvest a happy purchase with them.

best dealership

The cars at this dealership are top notch and very clean. The customer service was great they got back to me right away and answered all the questions I had. Flew in from San Francisco and when I got to the dealership I saw the car was in amazing condition both interior and exterior. The whole time I felt like I was in a new luxury dealership.

Great Dealership and great experience

I had a great shopping experience with this dealership. They gave me a great deal for a car I've had my eyes on for a long time. I've had the car for a little over 6 months now and it's running perfect

Serious Engine Issues

I’m a Marine veteran who found this dealer through the USAA car buying service. I was very optimistic leaving the car lot when I bought my 2011 Forrester. My wife and I were looking for a reliable vehicle as we consider starting a family. Three weeks later the engine was knocking badly and burning a quart of oil in just a few days. They had their mechanic look at the car but he was dismissive of the problem; the dealer insisted that the car was in good condition only needing a software update. I asked the dealer to buy back the car, even keeping the $2000 I payed down. They refused stating that they are unable to buy cars from clients once sold. Very dissatisfied with my purchase, I wish I could undo this mistake.

Best Used car dealership

Sheri was very helpful. Very honest person . A pleasure to do business with. I was coming in from out of town, and she even offered to pick me up from the airport to get me to her dealership to get my new car. Family owned and operated which I always love , I saw all family worked together peacefully I was really comfortable . Service was excellent.
