Maintenance appointment was scheduled and when I arrived

Maintenance appointment was scheduled and when I arrived I was greeted promptly, discussed what I was there for and they took the car back and I was out and on my way in 1 -1/2 hrs as promised.

Our biggest issue was the lack of communication on the

Our biggest issue was the lack of communication on the fact that our vehicle was sent to the outlet store for repairs. We were under the impression Jimmy Butler was going to repair it at their store. Otherwise the process was great with the sales rep and our financial officer.

I was very pleased with the whole process of buying my

I was very pleased with the whole process of buying my Nissan from Rodger Harman at Jim Butler KIA. My daughter and I were treated very well and the whole process was wonderful. My credit has taken some very bad hits, starting with the death of my husband at only 46. I have been trying very hard to rebuild it in the past several months and I wasn't sure if I could even get a car. Rodger and Mary Williams, Finance Manager, worked to make it happen!!! I was very happy with the whole process and I am very pleased with my Nissan!

I have always received great customer service at the Jim Butler Kia service department. I was greeted promptly. Jonathan did a great job explaining what they did to my car and also checked to see if I had any that needed to be done coming up.
