Sergio Zamora, the manager, had an absolute horrible
Sergio Zamora, the manager, had an absolute horrible attitude towards us. He acts like he is doing a favor for you. This review goes beyond not coming to an agreement, as we understand an offer is not always possible. However, his attitude gives a lot to wish. He should be setting an example for the rest of the sellers being the manager. As his “best” seller, stated by him, Logan Kimberly Johnson, was completely rude and started selling to other customers instead.

Sergio Zamora, the manager, had an absolute horrible attitude towards us. He acts like he is doing a favor for you. This review goes beyond not coming to an agreement, as we understand an offer is not always possible. However, his attitude gives a lot to wish. He should be setting an example for the rest of the sellers being the manager. As his “best” seller, stated by him, Logan Kimberly Johnson, was completely rude and started selling to other customers instead.

I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at
I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at the front desk. While she was greeting Steve (a salesman) came out and greeted me as well. He listened to my vehicle interests and did not hesitate on showing me those models. I also want to thank the Mazda design engineers and their team who are responsible for creating the luxurious CX-90. Thanks for designing a premium luxurious vehicle while keeping customers in mind by it also being fuel efficient economy equipped too 😎❤️❤️💯. Thank GOD and I praise GOD for all of the wonderful Mazda team members. It's a great pleasure being a customer within the Mazda auto family 🙏🙏! Keep doing great and wonderful things Mazda 😀! P.S. I'm so thankful that Mazda finally made the decision to separate from Ford (nothing good came for Mazda with the partnership) and become independent again; and partner with Toyota as needed 😉!

My experience tonight was exceptional. Martin was our salesman. He is a super nice gentleman who is soft spoken and courteous. He was on task and gave us space when needed without being asked. Not only a good salesman but a good man.

I came in with my son looking at a used Nissan and ended
I came in with my son looking at a used Nissan and ended up in a brand new Mazda CX-5! Martin was a wonderful salesman and hit this nail right on the head with us. He worked very well with us on our deal and everyone left pleased.

Went to this dealership today, and when I was greeted by the general manager, i was excited to get in a new car. The general manager introduced me to Philip and that is when things went downhill. Philip was not only passive aggressive but made me uneasy at some point. As a woman, he would reach over me to turn the windows up, turn off my windshield wipers, and adjusted my seat coolers without asking. Lastly, he was filling out a credit application without consulting me about my trade in which is highly unprofessional. I'm assuming that is how he became the best salesman right now. I wouldn't recommend this dealer if I'm being honest. I went to two dealerships before Mazda to get a feel of the dealership. I even low balled my credit score to see if Philip would just try to sell me a car or put me in the best vehicle possible although the credit score I provided would have been a terrible Finacial commitment.
