Regular service

We bought our daughter a new 2020, the buying experience was excellent! But now we’re getting oil changes and the price is double the highest in the market, that’s very disappointing to someone like us who want to be loyal.

Easy process

This was by far the easiest purchased we have ever made. There was no pressure whatsoever and our salesperson Logan was super informative and after talking on the phone with her we were not disappointed . Andrew was our financing agent and there were no surprises. He got us a very good deal on interest rates and a nice monthly payment .

Great service - oil change and tire rotation

The service technician kept me informed via real-time video during the multipoint inspection task and recommended service if an item required was out of spec. This is definitely a thumbs up, the first that I had seen at any dealership.

Searching for a certain used car

I live in the northeast Texas area near Tyler and had been looking all over East Texas and Dallas Ft. Worth and Houston for a certain Mini Cooper S. A car finally popped up that met all my requirements at Gullo Mazda in Conroe, Tx approximately a 270 mile round trip drive for us. Obviously you have to make sure it is going to be worth the drive to go that far to check out a car. I did an online request for info and and got an immediate response from Debbie Osgood with all the pertinent details on the car. Since I collect and restore cars I Had a ton of questions on the actual condition beyond the great photo's on the website. Debbie was very attentive and followed thru on every one of my crazy requests for extra photos showing any blemishes she could find to any mechanical faults. She arranged to have one of the service mechanics go out and drive car; putting it thru all of it's paces. The mechanic called me me back with his unbiased findings. Debbie greeted us and presented the car which looked like new. I was beyond what was shown in the pictures. A real pleasant surprise. The test drive went perfect and then Debbie had arranged for the service department (per my prior request) to put the car on the lift so I could examine all of the under-carriage for any damage, etc. In any event, this buying experience dealing with a professional sales person was really refreshing. Debbie's quick response, clear communication skills and follow through were fantastic. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Debbie Osgood and treated royally. I told her what car I was interested in and it was brought around for a test drive. Upon deciding to buy the car I had a few concerns which Debbie addressed immediately to my satisfaction. There was no having to wait until she checked with someone else for approval. Debbie then introduced me to Andrew Gibson in finance and he was very helpful guiding me thru the warranty policies so i could pick the best one for me. Andrew also saved me $613.00 by informing me I could cancel the warranty on my old car. That was definately found money as I had no idea that could be done. When my license came in the service department installed a display frame for the front license plate which was not there for some reason. I love all the departments at Gullo Mazda and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them.

DEBBIE OSGOOD — Phenomenal Service!!!!

Debbie, for the second time and second vehicle purchase from her, provides the best possible service one can receive in the car buying process. She listens to you and provides what you need. She made it a great experience both times I’ve purchased cars from her. First, it was a Mazda 3, and now I have a CX-5. Love it! Love the service and dealership! Debbie is my dealer for life. Certified Pre Owned

Debbie is great, I saw the car I wanted online and she helped me at the dealer. Excellent service, she explained every detail of the buying process. Credit department (can't remember the name) was also amazing and easy to deal with. Definitely will buy again at this dealer.

Good service
