Excellent prompt service Everyone I dealt with was very professional and nice. Service was excellent and prompt.

When you make an appointment, it means nothing. You go to drop your vehicle off and are told they can't even look at it for a few days which usually turns into a week defeating the whole purpose of making an appointment. We've had our Jeep in here numerous times for the same issue and have picked it up running on gas fumes, completely filthy and the last time, it was parked out front wedged in between cars where we couldn't even get into it! It's a good thing there wasn't any damage on it! The techs we've dealt with have been nice as well as the Service Advisors but that's about it.

Recently had an oil change and tire rotation, it was my first time to the service department and I was completely lost upon arrival not sure where to go. Other than that, no complaints. Friendly people and service took a bit long but with the amount of people dropping off cars I understand.

Anthony Dunbar was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me lease a car. He was easy to talk to and very professional.
