Friendly staff, fit me in with short notice on my handicap van. Fixed the problem with my key farb, by taking a part off another spare farm. Fixed it with minium charge $120. Great job!

If there was a "No star category that would be my vote. As usual your service department failed. I only came to the dealership because I thought they could plug in my Chrysler 300 to your diagnostic equipment to detect electronic problems. Boy was I wrong. You wanted to change spark plugs and a sensor for "about $3200-3300 dollars". No thanks. I wanted a certified mechanic but got a clueless parts changer. I ended up getting an oil change, tire rotation, and excuses for ONLY $274.77. Never again. the attitude of your people in the Service department is that of, "Oh well. That's just the way it is".
