Scheduled service appt online two weeks in advance. Arrived to find out I would have to leave the car for 24-48 hrs before they could even look at it. Service tech (Mike Sullivan) was unfriendly - no welcome or apology for the situation. He acted annoyed that I had brought my car in and literally said "We're very busy." They should not schedule appts they cannot do and employees need some customer service training. Guess where I WON'T be car shopping in the future.

I have been shopping for a red 2022 Jeep Compass Limited for several months in Central Florida. At Naples Jeep, I bought exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service, everybody is very professional. Salesman John Vasquez was excellent and very responsive. Vasquez made the whole process smooth and hassle free. When I arrived at the dealership, Vasquez had the car sparkling inside and out. I was in and out in couple hours. I would recommend anyone needing to get a new car to go see Vasquez at the Naples Jeep dealership.
