Brought my Mazda in for routine maintenance and a parking brake recall issue. I was out in less time than quoted and they even fixed a loose console door... at no charge. There was even a cafe in the showroom where I was able to get coffee and a tasty breakfast while waiting. Free WiFi as well.
Good service. Honest people. Clean place. Flexible pricing. ............................................,.,,,,,,........,

My original sales person was very nice. The young man took me on two abbreviate test drives. As most car dealerships they try to overcharge you for the... vehicle. They also try to pressure the buyer into buying every warranty under the sun. My biggest complaint is when I dropped my car off for window tinting, somebody drove my car 5 miles and put a noticeable scratch on the drivers side door. That is not acceptable.

Car buying experience was better than expected. No qualms with service, particularly, for the 1st svc of an oil change, rotation and a car wash. It... takes only one disrespectful act to tarnish the whole experience. I received one transponder at purchase. I could not persuade myself to pay $175 for a transponder, $25 for the key inside the transponder, and $115 to program the transponder to this dealer. I purchased the transponder and key, manufacturer specified, from another source for $47. The dealer offered a discount to program it and then switched the key and said they couldn't do it. Told me that a notch in the key, the bogus key, would not fit the machine to cut it and that it would then not allow the computer to program the transponder. If that sounds stupid, it did to me too. When I said that this black key in my grey transponder wasn't the right key and that isn't how I presented it, I was blown off with... "we didn't change i"....now whatever confidence I had, has been pulverized and I'd caution anyone in working with Lou Bachrodt's parts dept and the service writers and the service manager, too. I will not return. If they didn't want to do it, could have simply said so. Instead, offering a discounted rate to destroy my trust and swindle my transponder's key is underhanded and mean!

The General Manager (Kent), and Thais Geronimo (Salesperson) were extremely helpful in finding the perfect Mazda 3 at a great price. They made the entire... experience very pleasurable, and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to my friends whenever buying a Mazda.

although the facility did not have a record of the online reservation I had made, they accommodated me and completed my regular servicing in a timely manner.
I made an appointment to get my car serviced, I was greeted and taken on time. My car was ready within the time I was told.
i had arranged to buy a used car for my daughter and went along for a test drive , all was well until the price , i was quoted $3500 out the door but ended... up paying $4000 because of dealer fees etc., i was also supposed to get 30 days warranty , which i had seen on the internet and printed a copy to bring to the dealership , they conveniently took the printed sheet and i never saw it again , so i had to buy the car with no warranty as is, first problem i saw was as we were driving out , there were no lights or brake lights, bearing in mind that this was to be my 17 year old daughters car , i was a little disappointed ,but i had bulbs at home so wasn't completely upset. a week later and my daughter drove her friend to a birthday party and broke down en route, we had the car towed to my house , another $300 out of pocket, verdict is that the timing belt snapped , for the dealer to repair it its around $1500 , luckily i can fix it myself but i am very angry at lou bachrodt for selling me a car for my 17 year old daughter that is in such poor condition, i would not and will never go back ,
