    i bought a 2017 bmw 320i on 2/22/2020 from this dealership. beautiful car, good salesman, beautiful dealership. i paid cash. the finance manager Jeff... Anghel took care of the paperwork and i came back a few days later to drive it home. it had 30 day temporary plates on it from the dealership. just before the plates were to expire i call the dealership to ask what's going on as i haven't received my normal plates. i got an email the next day saying i had to go to the local police department and have then do a vin verification on it then email it back. i did and emailed it back on 3/22. i called a few days later to see if he got the email and also to inquire as to new 30 day plates as that's what dmv suggests as their processing is slow due to the pandemic. ive never gotten a return call or return email. ive called probably 5 or 6 times leaving messages each time as it doesn't seem you can ever get through to Jeff. so the car sits in the driveway, unable to be driven. in calling the dealership over this seemingly easy problem they dont have enough respect for the customer to even bother to return the call. i has to drive the car illegally again today to get medication for my 84 year old mother during this pandemic, do you think they care. i just put in a case with the better business bureau. maybe they'll get a response and Jeff will actually call them back. what the heck is wrong with this dealership for not returning calls on a problem with such a simple solution and letting it snowball to this level. if you want to be treated like this after your check clears by all means piurchase a car from them, otherwise its a very competitive business with other dealerships ranking high in customer service. this isn't a joke, this is actually happening to me right now......

    My husband was looking at options for a new or used vehicle. He loves Mazda. I definitely walked in with the expectation that this would be a painful and... terrible experience. Between the manager, Geoff, and the financing guy, Francesco, we had an amazing experience. By the time we walked out, We felt like we had made friends with them. They treated us fairly, respectfully, and honestly. We will definitely return there for our next vehicle.

    I called several times spoke with several different people from regular sales to internet salespeople. My question was simple, what is your out the door... price? None of them could tell me the price everyone said I’d need to come in to get a price. They gave me every excuse why they couldn’t give me a price none of them were honest about why. They’re stuck in the old bait tactics,

    There is a reason this is my 3rd purchase from this dealership. Our sales associate, Ken, knows his product inside, outside, upside down, and sideways.... I?ve never worked with a more professional, knowledgeable, salesman. He went over and above to get us the car in the color we wanted even though we were willing to settle for a different color. We got there just 2 hours before closing and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Ken stayed late, patiently taking the time to teach us how to work all the bells and whistles even though my wife and I are technologically challenged. He even called the next day to make sure we didn?t have unanswered questions. Our finance guy, Tyler, was a pleasant young man wielding a yellow highlighter who stayed past closing to help us understand the contracts and get the registration done. The BEST dealership I?ve ever used?10 stars!
