Respect and exceptional care by staff.

Our car that was just repaired the day before in Myrtle Beach stopped running. We looked for closest dealer for Honda. Called their service Dept. spoke with Nina Crawford who was able to get our car towed from where we were by calling Joel's tow service. He and his son were the kindest men and very concerned for our safety. 5 stars to this tow service. The mechanic found the issue and within a short period of time we were on the road again. I would like to thank Ms. Crawford for her kindness toward out of town folks and the care your service people showed us to ease our stress was exceptional. We were driven back to the dealership by a very nice salesman as well. I wish all dealerships would take pride in their job as your staff does. Again, thank you to your wonderful staff I will always remember their kindness to my husband and myself. Great job by all !!!

I recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline and it was pleasant experience. Anthony Wise was a great salesman. The management was extremely helpful and I recommend 10 stars.

Great customer service

Great customer service. The whole team was there to help me achieve my goal They went above and beyond to try to meet my goal. The sales person that helped me was Owen Rayfield. I highly recommend Deacon Jones honda

Woman from the service department at Deacon Jones Honda was knowledgeable on servicing your vehicle. We couldn?t get our Honda vehicle serviced at Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson because their service department is closed on Saturdays.

Excellent service

They discovered I was charged for an oil change the last time I went when I wasn?t supposed to so they refunded my money right away very professional staff super friendly!
