I had been on the hunt for a very specific vehicle when I called the Brandon dealership. I was connected with Matthew Pollock who made very clear that he was up to the challenge. He was able to find the vehicle very quickly, communicate accurate and desirable pricing, orchestrate the entire deal via phone as I was out of the state. On the planned date, I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the trade and signing went. I was out the door with a perfect experience and a shiny new truck. Decided on a truck Saturday with Joe and made a deal without our trade being looked at. Went back to buy. Tuesday to finalize the deal and it took 4.5 hours to complete. WAY TOO LONG. Although the people are very friendly and kept apologizing for the excessive delay. We didn't expect to stay there that long. Fair deal love the truck. Jim and Joe were both great to work with and we felt no pressure.
