Will Return

I'm 66 years old and have bought quit a few used cars but I have never been as satisfied as I was with William L. Aurandt Auto Sales. From my initial phone call when I talked to Chris Zamboni concerning the vehicle I was interested in , through my visit to the lot and even after the sale I was treated with courtesy and respect. Chris took the time to go over the vehicle with me and point out it's features. He gave me a fair market value for my vehicle and explained the financial choices available. When I opted to use my own credit union he agreed to wait to hear from me and held the vehicle. We kept in contact by phone and my credit was approved. Due to scheduling problems and Labor Day I was unable to return to the dealer for a week. Chris Held the vehicle for me until I could return. The day I picked up the vehicle it was spotless. The paperwork was handled quickly and I was off the lot quickly. After the sale a minor discrepancy was found. I contacted Chris and it was resolved quickly. I will highly recommend William S Aurandt Auto Sales to anyone I know who may be looking for a used vehicle.

Needs a new head detailer!

Very nice people! Has nothing to do with service. Stopped by, every vehicle I looked at had wax all over the plastic, cracks, door seals, emblems, window edges, gas tanks, etc. In my opinion, the detail says a lot about a dealer, take your time, image plays a big role in automotive sales.

GREAT TO DEAL WITH!!! HONEST AND ACCOMODATING!!!

I am from Pennsauken, NJ. I drove over 4 hours a year ago because they had a clean low mileage ragtop unlike anything else within 250 miles of home. Chris sent me all the pictures I requested and did everything I needed him to do to feel comfortable asking my bank for a cashiers check for a vehicle I had not seen in person. I loved dealing with these guys so much that and felt so comfortable with the process that rather than dealing with anybody local I made the trip back to beautiful Johnstown, Pa to purchase a Chevrolet Cruze for my daughter for college. MAKE THE DRIVE TO DEAL WITH GOOD, HONEST PEOPLE!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was in an automobile accident back in November of 2013, my car was demolished. So began this process of having to look for another vehicle within my budget. At the time my rental car carrier was giving me hassles about my vehicle and what my insurance would pay for and what not. I went to the collision shop that I always take my vehicles to so I could find out the status of whether they were going to total my car or not. However, one of my insurance company's adjusters happened to be there and I preceded to tell him about the rental company . So I ended calling the rental company and the adjuster said I will talk to them for you so I handed him my phone and he said to my daughter and I just to walk up to the dealership lot and look around. To make a long story short, I had found a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer there and then test drove it and went on to buy the vehicle. There was a few things that I didn't have a choice when buying this vehicle. However, 1 1/2 yrs later I have had to put almost $1200 into it.Not a happy camper at all.Especially with it being a 2008.It had almost 89,000 miles when I bought it when I trade it in it had 109,520 on it. In he last few weeks it had started to make a this noise which it turned out to be the brushes going in the alternator , the secondary 0 2 sensor also needing replaced, it also needed 4 tires which weren't that great when I bought it, there was also rust underneath a couple of my doors, around the hood latch. So I started looking on cars.com for another vehicle and I found a 2011 Dodge Caliber at Wm.L. Aurandt auto sales on Roosevelt Blvd in Johnstown. I called and I spoke to Chris Zamboni about this vehicle.I then went over the next day to test drive the vehicle. Then Chris took my vehicle and said to me that this, this and this is wrong with your vehicle and this is how much it is going to cost just to fix the things he mentioned to me which Chris said to me, you can either put around $2000 into and keep it or you could put that down on this car and then a vehicle that you wouldn't have to worry about having to keep putting money into. So I chose to purchase the 2011 Dodge Caliber. Chris is an excellent salesman in my eyes and made this process so much easier to go through. I would highly recommend going to see Chris at Wm.L.Aurandt Auto Sales on Roosevelt Blvd in Johnstown. Thank you a satisfied customer,

Awesome Customer Service!!!

It is the people working at this dealership that make it special/unique. The main salesman (Chris) is a workaholic who went out of his way (staying way past closing time) to accomodate us. Any service work we have ever had done (which has only been maintenance) has been a painless experience with the lead mechanic, Jeff, scheduling us and keeping us updated on all of the important details of the work. We plan on keeping our business here for years to come and would encourage anybody else to do so as well.

Great sevice

Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He stayed way past closing to meet with us and the car was up on the lift when we arrived as we asked. He was truthful in describing the car over the phone which was important since we had 160 mile drive. Great service.

salesperson at Wm L Aurandts

we recently purchased our second vehicle from this dealership through the same salesperson, Chris Zamboni. it speaks volumes about not only his dedication but also the dealerships when you can come back to the same people 4 years later. we have had pleasent experiences with both purchases. chris is personally invested in every sale and his dedication to our purchase was exceptional. we stated what we were looking for and he made it his personal project until he found exactly what we wanted, his no hassle approach is what brought us back for our second vehicle.

Nice place to do business

My '05 Malibu Maxx had just been totaled and wifey had to have another (best car we've ever owned by the way). Well lo' and behold there was a '06 on the 'net at Wm Aurandt Auto Sales. Talked on the phone and drove 1:45:00. We had a small problem with the remote start, which the dealer tried valiantly to rectify, but they couldn't figure it out. In the end they knocked some more off the price and we drove her home. I would do it again - No Problem.
