I would be very careful buying a car from them.
I would be very careful buying a car from them. I purchased a 2014 Bently Flying Spur with 17,900 miles. I was told vehicle had been checked by local Bentley dealer and needed nothing. I drove the car for less than 4,000 miles and check engine light came on. I took the car to a local Bentley dealer and had a $13,200 repair bill. Valve cover gaskets were leaking, upper control cushions torn, alignment calibration needed, remote trunk control arm needed to be replaced and issue with exhaust gas temperature. I fully understand a Bentley is expensive to work and maintain. I emailed Kerry, salesman I worked with, to inquire if they could provide any assistance on the repair bill. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would have at least expected a response. I love the car just not the $13,200 repair bill. Do not trust them.

Ferrari 488 Spider
I bought a car from Marino’s the sales staff was very polite and helpful. The car had a matte wrap on it, that really dulled the gloss of the paint, I was not a fan of the matte wrap. They said they could remove it for an extra $1000. I paid them the $1000 and they sent me the car with the wrap on (it was an out of state purchase and the car was delivered to me). I contacted them and let them know that I received the car with the wrap still on it. They said the check was in the mail for $1000 and he apologized. Three weeks later, I never saw the check, so I called them again. This time he took down my credit card info and said he would credit my card for $1000. A month later, there was no credit. Again, he apologized about the inconvenience. I called him a third time and he said someone would reach out to me today to have this taken care. That was a week ago, no one has reached out to me, and I am out $1000. It’s a bummer that I paid $1000 to have the cars wrap removed and they did not do it and just kept the money. In my opinion, this is a dishonest as it gets, I was cheated out of a $1000 and they know its not worth my time to try and collect on it, they win.

Automobile purchase
I traveled from Houston to purchase a used automobile. The car was exactly as represented (excellent ), dealing with Kerry was a real pleasure as well as Greg Marino. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the cars, the classy service and the high level of integrity of both Kerry and Greg. Kerry was my principal contact and demonstrated knowledge, a low key and non pushy approach to sales, excellent knowledge of the car which he represented with great accuracy and a most pleasant personal style. In summary, I intend to trade cars with him and Marino Motors again and would recommend anyone interested in acquiring a car of the caliber they carry to call them. You will not be disappointed with either Kerry , the quality of the car and will be treated with class and consideration .

Excellent All Around Service
I had the pleasure of working with Michael King at Marino PM for a recent trade in and purchase. I live in NJ and Marino is in Florida which made me a bit nervous until Michael told me what a large internet business they have and that they ship cars all over the country. I sent them pictures of my old car and they valued the trade correctly from the get go. That has never happened to me before without going back and forth with the manager and having all the games played that we have all come to think is normal business. Well, it is not. Marino did NONE of that. They made it clear to me that they wanted to build a long term relationship with me and not just make a sale. Then backed that up by making this transaction as stress free and easy as possible. Michael not only paid for the shipping for the trade and car I bought in a covered flat bed truck but they organized the whole thing, followed up with the trucking company and kept me informed the whole way. Michael and Marino earned a long term customer and I cant wait to tell my friends about my new friends in Florida when they need a high end car

Greg and Gary came to my rescue and did an excellant job of making a customer very very happy Thanks again for the Tesla love it. Happy Holidays to all and especially thanks to everyone at Marino. Disrespectful, Gil is not a Man of his word!
I'm from out of town (N.C.) and called Him to try to work a deal on trading my 08 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder on an 06 Ferrari f430 Spider. First offer was waaaayyy off (LOW BALL OFFER). CAN'T blame them for trying. But in reality my car is worth as much if not more than theirs! However I do realize they are in the business to make money not friends! After that initial offer. Gil would say he was going to talk to the Manager and call me back... Never Happened! I would call again and he says I will call you tomorrow...It just didn't happen! 3 times he either lied or forgot? If the deal can't be done just tell me and it's over. I didn't appreciate the stringing along type of business practices From Gil.
