Bad Service

I wanted a third electronic fob for my Cadillac. They sold me one for 204 dollars, the FOB was defective. I was then told that I had to have the FOB programmed to the car, 145 dollars. I took the car to the dealership and was told it would take two hours. Later that day I had not received a phone call, so I called them and was told they had experienced some problems and needed the other FOB for the car. I returned to the dealer and found that my car was locked and would not start. Fortunately one of the mechanics got the car opened and reprogrammed so it would run. They said they would order another FOB to replace the defective one I had purchased. They never called back or returned any of my phone calls. Never replaced the FOB. So the entire transaction is currently in dispute with my credit card company. Some of the worst service I have ever had at a car dealership. Stay away from them.

Buying

I really had a great experience while looking at options to purchase our new truck. Xavier Diaz went above and beyond helping me with our questions and concerns. definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ guy. Now we don't have to worry about having a good dependable vehicle, we even got a two year complentry maintenance, bumper to bumper warranty, roadside assistance with rental car if needed. I want to thank all of the Lawley team that helped make this happen. It was a great buying experience and no forced sales. They allowed me to take my time, ask questions and teach me about some new things on vehicles as I haven't bought a newer vehicle since 2007. Thank you all from our entire family

Great overall experience

Jocelyn was very courteous, professional, and committed. I was not pressured in any way during the sales transaction and everything went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was purchasing and took the time to show me all the qualities and controls of it. Test driving it was a breeze. She went out of her way to do everything possible to make the sale happen. It was a pleasure working with her.

Service

My wife and I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership and always received good service from sales thru service. The last service experience has been the pitts The Tech knew about as much as a doorknob. After two trips and about eight hours they say said that wasn't the problem. I am an ASE auto Tech with a Degree in Auto Tech so I know where im coming from.

Accomodating

I run into time issues now and then, and Lawley's has always worked around them for me in terms of scheduling work and leaving vehicles overnight for next day pickup or service.
