    Scam artist. Shop else where. Most of their reviews are fake or made by the employees. Pay to have someone look at their lemon cars before you buy.

    I recently came across this dealership while in search of a used BMW M3. I reached out and started working with a sales associate by the first name of... Keith. At first he was rather difficult to get ahold of on the phone but I was informed it was a rather busy day for them. I'm an out of state buyer so asked my normal questions about the car and he assured me that the vehicle was top notch and was priced better then any other in the country for its age and miles. I had a close friend stop by the dealer to do a look over on the vehicle to verify this information. What she and I found via a video chat was not the case. The vehicle had a large safety issue with right front wheel have a large noticable bend it which could cause the tire to rapidly deflate while driving. Being the vehicle took an impact hard enough to damage the face of the factory wheel other parts could have also been damaged but we didnt get that far in to it. When I mentioned that to Keith he explained to me well thats how we got it and its been fine. Continuing we found the vehicle to have mismatched tires of different wear levels and a rear bumper that and been impacted at some point which caused the paint to be cracked and the bumper to have a minor fold in. While yes all of these items can be addressed but the sales person stood firm on there price and we couldn't make a deal happen. The reason I am writing this review is for the unprofessional action the sales person took a few hours after we both walked away from the deal. He texted me saying and I quote " Hey we sold the car for full asking price. Someone had an inspection done and it passed with flying colors. Good luck on your search!" If this is the kind of people this dealership is going to employee there is no telling what else can be going on behind the scenes. Please everyone do your research before considering buy a car from this location. Thank you.

    Good experience with both my visit and follow up by staff. Met with Kasey, Felix (Sales Rep) and Robert (part owner) and test drove vehicle. They were... very friendly and low key. Vehicle was beautiful and very fairly priced. Ultimately went with same model, but 1 year newer and lower miles from another dealer. They have a lot of very beautiful and rare vehicles at Discovery.

    I bought a Jaguar, and had it delivered. I wanted to cancel gap insurance because I got a better deal in my state. It took 2 months, 6 faxes to different... people, and about 7 emails to get it done. I would fax everything they needed, but they kept lying to me. Mark Sommers, the salesman critiqued the manager, John and blamed everything on him and told me you can’t trust him. Etc. it wasn’t until I got the general manager, that I got it done. Would never do business with this company again

    I bought a BMW convertible car with an addendum on their"we owe" that added 7 days to report leaks from the convertible top so they would fix them. Three... days later I got a leak and managed to get videos of it, including where it was coming from. I went at the dealer to report the problem before the end of the 7 days, and because they were not able to reproduce the problem, even after I showed them the videos, they were not willing to do the fix that the BMW dealer recommended, or any other attempt at fixing it. They claimed it was probably a fluke and that it would not happen again. So I asked that they give me 2 additional months warranty about leaks on the convertible top so as to extend the initial 7 days in case it wasn't a fluke. They kept saying only the owner could agree to that and he wasn't there. After having been there for over 1 hour, apparently they managed to talk with the owner, I assume, because the finance manager got me in an office and basically told me that since they were unable to reproduce the leak, that they would not do anything about it. I insisted that the "we owe" agreement says "any leaks", not just the leaks they can reproduce. I offered to show him the videos. He didn't want to see them, I don't know why. The other staff members had seen the video but he really didn't want to see it. In the end they pretty much told me that we were done and to go on my way. I will never do business with them again.

    I’ve had a number of bad experiences buying vehicles in the past and am always weary of purchasing a car. This experience was honestly the easiest and... most hassle free process I’ve had at a dealer. Pricing was straight forward and lower than the low range on kbb, leading me thinking I’d be screwed on my trade, but to my surprise they actually offered me slightly higher than kbb. Add this to the absence of ridiculous fees you see tacked on at many dealerships and I feel for the first time I got a great deal with no remorse. Can’t recommend enough, My salesperson Bryce and the finance manager Mark we’re both exceptional and went well above and beyond all my expectations (Bryce followed up days later and upon hearing my key fob was having issues actually set up an appointment and procured a new fob for me, Mark had promised to check some additional financing options during the week as it was a Sunday and while I never thought I would hear from him again, low and behold he called a few days later with financing saving me thousands in interest over the years).

    Sales manager was an arrogant explitive. Over the phone praised the condition of the car but when we showed up there were water puddles in each of the... cars we went to look at, in two cars! The car we were most interested in, looked like it rolled in off the street, filthy inside. He did not like to be stood up to, and when I called him out on defects and his asking price he began to get immature and insult me with low ball offers for my trade in. Waste of time. Online picture did not show any of the real problems with the car. Quickie stop dealer, they don't know their cars.

    Went to Discovery with my wife to look at and possibly buy a car from their high end inventory. Spoke to Dawn via phone to set appt and discuss condition... of car. She was great, emailed me the CarFax, and answered all my questions. When we arrived, the vehicle was clean, as described, and parked up front for our inspection and test drive. Andre helped us out. He knew everything about the vehicle. We wanted it, sat down with Andre to negotiate, and agreed on a very fair price within 10 minutes. Andre involved Robert, one of the owners, in the negotiation process. My previous experience with sales staff and owners of independent pre-owned vehicle lots is not good. Andre and Robert were not typical. They were friendly, low pressure, and comfortable to talk to. Negotiation over money is never fun, but Robert made it more than bearable. One of the easiest deals I've done, and my wife and I have purchased at least 2 dozen vehicles during our 34 years of marriage. Purchase took a while because we had to wait in line for the Finance guy. Although we had our own financing, dealing with Finance is usually like having a tooth (or wallet) removed. Not here. We got out of Finance without being beaten or robbed. Thank you for that. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is that the showroom was hot. They are having issues with their recently upgraded AC. But don't let that keep you from checking these guys out. The cars are top notch, high end rides. The people are great. I will definitely check out their inventory for our next car purchase.

    I flew in to Tampa after confirming that I would be picked up, when I landed my salesman said, that know one was able to pick me up. Caught an Uber. When... I arrived at 11:30 am I told the Saleman that I would need to hurry because I needed to get on the highway 600 miles. I was paying cash so I needed the title. The titles were in a lock box and the employee that handles the titles was off. That took at least 1 hour not including a key that wasn’t working. Something the did to make it work for the time soon as I got home stop working. I asked for them to purchase a new key and I would pay for it and they lied and said they couldn’t purchase a key at all! All Four Shocks Cover Boots Was Torn I noticed after getting home and getting the car on a rack. They also sprayed the ball joints to silence them to sell the car. Please get a third party inspection. Finally I left the dealer with a quarter tank oof gas because the Saleman said, the person that does that is busy. So he thought to much of himself after the sale go get the gas he promised me. Honestly I left that night at 7:30pm to get on the HWY. Please get a third party inspection which I should have done. They even raised the price after I got there because the sprayed the sides of the rear glass! Jerry is his name.
