This staff is AMAZING! I really felt at ease in this place! First, Alexandra waited on me to arrive, even though I was after hours because I was coming from a far distance. Marcell walked every step of the way, went above and beyond to secure an awesome deal within my budget! Aaron was so instrumental in helping me to feel secure in my purchase. He helped me and kept me informed about the vehicle to allow me to make a sound decision, no force. Frank, Service manager, went out of his way to ensure all was well before releasing the vehicle, even made sure ample gas before driving off. The owner, Kojak, was patient and kind throughout the process, while allowing me to wait as long as needed before deciding to make the purchase. I received nothing but genuine vibes that this crew really cared that I was able to get the car I wanted and not what I should "settle" for. I would recommend the dealership but please do not ask for Mr.Roy as your salesman… He deposited my down payment into his personal account and has refused to return my money as numerous attempts and lies that my money was sent Please ask for another sales person

I found a car online and I went out to the place for a test drive. Once I got there the price of the truck jumped up over 3k! My trade is worth nearly 5k and they offered virtually NOTHING. Everyone there was rude and very aggressive. From the beginning it seemed like there were more interested in patronizing or fighting me just for asking questions or raising concerns about anything at all. This is probably the worse place I have ever been to and I’m not talking about just car lots. Seriously... shady, condescending, and extremely aggressive people make your time there a complete waste of time.

My son finance a car from them made as payments for two months and they repossessed his car for lack of insurance and never gave it back told my son he was out his money because they're not Enterprise. Nice to know you ripped a twenty-three-year-old all for his money cuz you're not Enterprise you're just a bunch lying xxxxx.

My experience with ADL Auto is nothing less than outstanding. Not only was the team very helpful, but they listened to my needs very carefully, and were then able to find me a car which fit perfectly to my wishes.
