South County Lexus

Took my car in for service. In the past I have been completely spoiled by the Monterey dealership. Moved to San Diego county and took car to the Carlsbad dealership. That was a horrible experience. Called Lexus and was told that the Mission Viejo dealership has had very good ratings. Went there and had a very good experience. It was like being back home in Monterey. I highly recommend South Orange County Lexus. They were very good in every respect. Found a new dealership going forward.

Service advisor very helpful, provided a loaner for the day and I was able to pick the car up that evening.

Just left the dealership with my 3rd Lexus. Each time I've purchased a vehicle, the experience has been like no other. No hassle, no games, and a very friendly atmosphere. Why would I go anywhere else? Jason made the experience!

Special thanks to Anita Rami, sell person. Definitely, I will recommend this dealer to whoever want to buy Lexus. Very friendly environment, no hard feeling. The finance department was quick to the point and didn't give me hard time when I declined some of the unnecessary services unlike somewhere else that I had been experienced. Awesome in general.

I have to admit that SCL was not on my short list of dealerships to visit but boy am I glad I did. After a month of research and countless emails/phone calls/visits/test drives with other Lexus dealerships I was quite the frustrated customer but that all changed once I came to SLC. Nasser and Ted listened to what we wanted and thoroughly answered all of our questions always in a pleasant and respectful manner. It was a great experience from A-Z and so very different from the condescending and snarky sales people at the other locations.
