If there was a zero rating that's what they deserve this is a terrible car lot ran by dishonest people from the service department all the way through the sales I bought a car from them over 4 months ago on the way home it had major issues they told me to bring it back in and they would look at it and take care of it they set up an appointment two weeks down the road I went in and had them look at it and the sales manager said he ordered the part while I was sitting there two weeks went by hadn't heard anything from them so I called them and he said the part still hadn't come in yet and he would find out what was going on and call me back another week and a half went by ahead and heard anything so I called them back and he told me they still didn't get the part yet I told them I took the car to a mechanic to have them look at it and they told me it wasn't safe to drive so he made an appointment to have me come in to look at it the car had bad tie rod ends that are ready to fall off the tires have big gashes in the side walls the compressor on the in a lock brake system isn't working I was smelling radiator fluid leaking from somewhere and he tried to tell me it was coming from the radiator cap among other things spent three to four hours there he said that he would get a hold of my warranty company that I paid $2,000 for a warranty and see if they would pay for it when they sold me the car like that in the first place they should be paying for it and fixing it they sold me a car that's not safe to drive and on top of that when I left the car lot and went to work my cordless drill was missing out of the back of the car somebody in their shop stole my drill they said that they would get back to me and tell me what the warranty company said 2 to 3 weeks went by and I called them and reminded them and he said that he wanted me to come in again so that he could take pictures of everything and submit it to the warranty company when I had already been there once this car is a total piece of junk I wouldn't recommend anybody buying a bicycle from them let alone a car very dishonest people do not go to Auto West

Could not give a lower rating. Slimy used car sales 101 - Tim is rude and looking to take advantage of customers of all kinds. Avoid until all other options options have been exhausted.

It took over a week to get a key AFTER i bought the car. It wasn't until I stood in the street with a protest sign that they gave me a key. Then I get it home & find it has a rotted sub frame. ALL THE SALES STAFF IS GUILTY.

Worked with Marty, purchased a GTI had a issue with the brakes, they got me right in and corrected the issue. I highly recommend. Was a real decent and fun experience working with Marty!
