The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They explained things to me really well. They were friendly to my kids and I will definitely be going there... again!
My 2 year old Soul developed a tap in engine and required an engine swap. It took 98 days because there were like 25 engines needing replacement ahead... of mine. The estimated completion date changed often. A loaner car would have helped us a ton. I considered if the lemon law applied.... and learned the car devalued much quicker than expected and thus I over paid for an unreliable new car.
we have leased 3 Kias from Findlay and planning on purchasing a fourth one soon. We especially like dealing with Ron in the service department.
Just when I was beginning to lose hope in car dealers and this place blew me out of the water. Kailee went as far as sending me a video of the car, I drove... over 400 miles and when I got there the car was ready, Sean took time to sit with me and go over a lot of the functions of the car and was a very friendly person. When I got home I showed the car to one of my best friends and gave him the business card of Sean and Kailee, the facilities looked excellent. I would do business again with them.
Customer service is impeccable! I recently purchased a 2019 Kia Optima SX Turbo and I love it!! Buying process was fast and easy. Sean my sales rep is... extremely knowledgeable with the cars and their features. David the General Manager is friendly. I had a safety recall and both Sean and David offered to come pick up my car so I would not be inconvenienced. Koa was the service rep who greeted me when I did bring in my Kia for the recall and answered most of my questions. He then brought Dan a sales rep over to answer the remainder of my questions. Even though Dan was not my original sales person, he treated me with some of the best hospitality ever! He was also informative, polite and eager to ensure I was happy with my recent purchase. Top notch service from everyone st Kia. I highly recommend Findlay and their whole team!!!
Big Joe is one of those rare, genuine, people who actually know what the heck they are doing , and bend over backwards to make sure his customer is sastified... first and foremost, what a guy! Thank you kind Sir!
The A/C went out in my vehicle, they were able to diagnose and find the issue. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was not in stock and it took a day... or so to arrive. Since I would have been down a vehicle with no real way to get to work, they loaned me a vehicle until the repair work was completed. I am extremely satisfied with their work and the quality of service.
The explanation of what was done was clear and easy to understand. The staff are interested in the customer being COMPLETELY satisfied. This is a high... quality organization.
