I took my car in to the service department to have a sensor looked at. They sent me home twice without doing anything. The third time I took it in they sent me home with a dead battery a problem I've never had before and wasn't the reason it was in the shop). When my car died on the side of the road I called to see if they could come and jump my car, Alec from the service department told me it's not their fault and I have to deal with it myself. Very unprofessional and their customer service was horrible.

In July 2023 we purchased a new Kia Carnival SX Prestige through Easton Edwards at Findley Kia in St.George, Utah. It was the best car trade-in with no pressure new car purchase experience ever. Easton was superb and STILL helps me finesse the electronic applications in Carnival everytime I visit, he has become a good friend! Alec Ferguson in the Service department is also most helpful along with Mechanic Landry Winters in answering my questions about engine fluids etc. At the age of 81, my association with the folks at Findley Kia is the most cordial in all of my car-ownership years. I chose to buy our Kia MPV as a consequence of my wife’s experience buying a Subura at Findley Subaru, so there!
