My husband and I happened in to the dealership on Friday and were immediately greeted by Ron (Imran Rana). He was very friendly and personable. We were able to make a great deal on a Ford Edge. He made the process virtually painless. We were highly impressed with him and would absolutely refer our family and friends to him! Kudos Mac Haik, you've found a real gem in Ron!

I knew what I wanted to buy, a Ford Transit Connect Wagon, new or a very recent model, and this dealer had a 2014 with 1000 miles. One and a half weeks before I wanted to complete the purchase, I went in to the dealer, provided a hefty deposit, and we discussed what needed doing before I closed. Those items were (1) address two recalls on the item and (2) wash the car. On the day before I was to close, the dealer called and asked if I would be there in the morning. I said I would. I showed up--the recalls were not complete and the car was filthy. The salesman said, "I put some gas in it," and he did--a quarter of a tank. The vehicle was not at the dealership when I arrived--it was at the Ford dealer who was to have completed the recall items, but couldn't because "one of the parts needed to be ordered." We all know that parts from Ford to Ford take less than a week to arrive, meaning the salesman had done none of the things I'd requested until he tried to get them done the day before (that is, except for a wash--the car was filthy.) So I'm happy with the car, the other office people I dealt with were great, but the salesman needs to go back to school. Closing a deal isn't all there is....

My salesperson "Ron" was very helpful... went in didn't have what I was looking for, called him several times. Probably wasn't sure if I was serious about buying a vehicle but he never said anything just kept helping me search for the car I was looking for and finally bought, would recommend him and when I'm ready I'll go back and see him fom my next vehicle

Went into the dealership, was just looking really Ron was my salesperson. They didn't have what I was looking for but kept calling ron over the next week, he probably wasn't sure if I was serious or not but he kept looking and finally we found it and bought jy corvette thru ron and want to thank him for not giving up on me and when I'm ready I hope he can help me with the nextbone.

Do not recommend our sales person. She promised us a price that we agreed before we went all the way to Texas. Got there and she left us for long periods of time to help someone else. Then when all was said and done, she didn't deliver the price we had agreed to come down for. Had to get manger involved to get the vehicle for the price discussed. Will not deal with that certain female salesman again.
