8 phone calls to ultimately be deceived and lied too. Was calling about a heavily discounted Ram, was initially told I can't buy because I'm not a Texas resident. Seriously, that happened. "Just so just so I can confirm, I can't buy this truck for your advertised price because I'm not a resident of TX". Daniel responds, "That is correct. Was told this= and other lies by Daniel who confirmed Percy was the one who informed him of this. Got a call back from (Lauren, Laura ) TOTAL salesman talk, "i know your a businessman", "You obviously know what you're doing" Blah blah...you know the type, thinks they're slick!!. Told her I didn't want LOJack on my truck before seeing the quote that she sent over. TOLD HER TWICE. She sent the quote over with LOJack...surprise, surprise. Called her back and asked her to requote without it. HER RESPONSEVERBATEM. " WE DONT SELL NEW DISCONTED VEHICLES WITHOUT LOJACK, ONLY FULL MSRP VEHICLES" MIND YOU HALF OF THE ENTIRE RAM FLEET IS DISCOUNTED RIGHT NOW. I spent $800k on GMC trucks for two of my companies in the last year, was looking to give Ram a shot.......guess I'll keep looking I'm reporting to the TX AG and to Ram, these people are a joke!!!!

This dealership treats customers with hostility if you

This dealership treats customers with hostility if you leave honest feedback. After purchasing a vehicle from Mac Haik CDJR, I completed the post-sale surveys sent by the manufacturer and rated my experience honestly. I selected the “Do Not Contact Me” option, expecting no follow-up. Instead, I received a furious call from the General Manager, who told me my responses had “cost the dealership $80,000.” He was rude, confrontational, and openly mocking when I brought up poor communication from his team. He then told me they would sever all communication with me going forward and that I should never bring my car in for service again. This came not from a salesperson, but the GM himself, as if retaliation is their customer service policy. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is inexcusable. Rather than addressing the issues I had, they chose to punish me for being honest. I would never recommend this dealership. If you don’t give them a perfect score, they’ll come after you for it.

Dealership would not work with me as a Disabled Combat

Dealership would not work with me as a Disabled Combat Veteran. They would not give me the time of day because I was using a VA program to help me purchase a vehicle to modify it to accommodate me being confined to a wheelchair. I have reported their behavior to the VA and Wounded Warrior Project. Very sad!!!!

Dealership has misleading discounts and sales personnel

Dealership has misleading discounts and sales personnel did not do what they said they would. They had a price that did not say anything about needing to qualify for some discounts, and they wouldn't honor the posted sales price. Spoke with Ethan at 9 am and he told me he would send me "actual" pricing around 9:30 am and 6 hours later no response. I called him about 11 am and it went to voicemail. I can see why they 2.3 stars, which in my opinion is still way too high. Never again.

My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was

My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was nothing but awesome! Our sales rep Laura Valencia was fabulous. She worked so hard on our behalf. Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!

My experience with Eduardo and Omar was nothing short of

My experience with Eduardo and Omar was nothing short of amazing. Eduardo is consistent and honest. I just bought a Toyota from them and it is beautiful and everything the ad said it would be. Eduardo didn’t mince words nor did he waste time. As a matter of fact, once I sent my inquiry, he took it from there and got me the car I desired in a timely and seamless manner. I did NOT have to spend hours upon hours just to make the deal. I’d do business with Eddy anytime. Omar, the finance guru, was also just as clear and concise. I had questions, he had answers. I appreciate them both for helping me with my purchase.

My wife and I went to the Mac Haik CDJR dealership in

My wife and I went to the Mac Haik CDJR dealership in Katy Texas (12111 Katy Fwy, Houston Texas) to look at buying a new 2024 Dodge Hornet GT Plus. The listed online price was $30,376, which was a good deal. We don't live locally, so the drive was long. When we got there the salesman had to jump the cars because the batteries were all dead. All of the Dodge Hornets were covered in dirt and were listed as having been on the lot for over 200 days. While waiting I mentioned to the salesman how they had good deals, he just smiled and agreed, not offering any feedback on the price. After hours of waiting on the dealership we finally got a test drive and an offer. The sale offer was $41,000, which was over the listed MSRP and wildly beyond what the online price. When I asked the salesman why there was such a difference, he gave be some qualifiers for the online price to include giving them a trade in, being a prior customer or using their financing. I believe this was in violation the the Texas Administrative Code Title 43 Part 10 Ch 215 (F). This dealership further added $2000 to the price for dealer add-ons we did not want and they refused to remove, contradicting their own website. I believe this dealership is actively running a bait and switch scam to lure in new customers and I don't think they care to actually sell the Hornets. The sale's manager then doubled down on the insult by being rude and aggressive. Please avoid this place at all costs.
