    This dealership is extremely unethical and unorganized. I was lied to and I got my car back in pieces. The service drive told me a major part was broken... when it was fine and the sales department ran my credit over a dozen times without telling me the price of the vehicle and lied to me for three hours and then blamed me. I had my car towed to the dealership after it overheated, meaning I could not drive it out of the dealership. I was told upon having a diagnostic performed that the thermostat had blown and that the radiator also had cracked due to the pressure in my engine. I was told service, parts, additional fluid, and an additional routine check would run me $2,000. I dropped the car off and was told there were no loaner vehicles and that I could go to Enterprise, which would've cost me around $450 for two days. I promptly refused and Ubered home. After speaking with a service manager at the dealership I was finally offered a loaner vehicle, so I could get to work. Then, after being told that I would know what was wrong with my car that same day, since I dropped the car off before 9am, I called after work and still did not know what was wrong with my car. When they finally told me that it was my thermostat and radiator, I asked them to worked out pricing and tell me what was absolutely necessary, they still came back saying that it would cost me around $1500. In the meantime I tried to work with the sales department to look at getting into a new vehicle, since mine is getting older and has higher miles. I was then again lied to by the salesperson, who tried to con me into purchasing a new vehicle that I didn't even want! After asking for the price of a vehicle multiple times, that he was trying to get me into and I didn't even want, but was trying to get an idea of the price range, he sent me home in that vehicle and proceeded to run my credit over a dozen times! He went over my set monthly payment amount by almost $200 and then when he said he could get it down took got $15 taken off. I never wanted the car he put me in, and because he gave me that one, I lost the loaner for my car. After the sales manager started to argue with me and not fix anything or admit that his salesman had been manipulative and the pure definition of a used car salesman, I had to have my car towed away from the service drive to finally be rid of the dealership. When I fixed the thermostat myself, I found there was NOTHING wrong with the radiator. This dealership tried to charge me to replace a part that was perfectly fine and for a replacement job that cost me $50 to buy and 10 minutes to install. This dealership is despicable and I have already told as many people as I can I will never EVER have anything to do with them again and I will tell everyone I can they should avoid it like the plague.

    I have not had previous exposure to this dealership until recently. I have to say this place is a Comedy show. I can fully understand why this is such... a low rated dealership on this site and others. Last month I brought my vehicle in for a knocking noise in what seemed to be Transmission issues. The car is still on factory warranty. A week just to look at it. Another week to diagnose it. It turned out to be a bad motor mount. Another week to order a mount and get it in. Are you kidding me?? A week for a dealership to get their hands on 1 motor mount for a new model Charger. In total 20 something calendar days for a 1 hour repair. Fast forward to the week of April 8th. I dropped off the car for front end noise and a check engine light. 4 days to look at it, 2 more days to replace a small hose that was creating a vacuum leak..or so I was told. The noise in the front end was a missing bracket. I was called last Thursday and told the Service Manager was determining whether it was going to be covered because trim in the front below the car had appeared to be replaced and they suspected the car was in an accident. It has never been in an accident of any sort and there had not been any repairs from an accident. . Nonetheless if this was the determination ok and that is not a huge deal for me but what is a big deal is the total lack of communication and turtle like response and perception that they do not care. Fast forward another week, finally definitively I was informed that they will not cover this issue on warranty, but only informed me after I tracked them down after phone calls went unanswered. Were they ever going to inform me?? I would recommend to my friends and family to avoid this this dealership. This operation has no empathy for their customers. I was in the market for a new truck but this place will not be considered. If you don't believe my assessment please give them it a shot yourself. The one bright spot was David Silverstein, the Service Writer from the first visit, the guy was apologetic and offered me a loaner after the car was in the shop for about 10 days. He has good intentions and tries to take care of customers but he needs the support from this operation. I was contacted today after leaving this review and the Service Manager appeared to be only interested in this post and their reputation. If this dealership cared more about service instead of negative posts there may be no negative posts. He closed with what I interpreted to be a vailed threat to "Turn it over to Chrysler". I inferred from that he meant the Legal Department. Wow!!

    From beginning to the end my sales advisor was awesome! Great friendly staff and nice clean environment. Purchased a Ram 2500 and runs great. I would refer... my fam and friends for sure.

    I was looking to buy a used challenger and found one from here through cargurus. I was watching it for awhile before the price dropped from roughly 29k... to 23k. This seemed too good to be true, so I called in to make sure. It turns out the price was a "mistake", but they would still work with me and get the payments close to where they would have been. The next day I'm told the monthly payments would be almost double and the car should have been 32k, despite being listed at 29k for months. I of course said no. A couple days later I looked back at their site and the car is now listed at 28k. I cannot believe how much I was lied to.

    Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee last year with bumper to bumper warranty. Two months after buying the a/c went out. Dropped off for repair, picked up Jeep,... drove one block and had to return because check engine light came on. This month had vapor leak...dropped off vehicle for repairs for two days without a loaner vehicle. Two days after repair same lights came on. Returned to service department where mechanic confirmed same problem that was just repaired. Now waiting on Mike the manager to return my call to schedule an appointment to repair the same vapor leak they "fixed" last week. Mac Haik Jeep service department is the Worst!!!

    I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 from Mac Haik Energy Corridor this weekend and once again they did a stellar job. This is the third Ram I've purchased from... this location simply because they don't play games, they genuinely care about the customer and they don't waste your time. Turk Yocal was my salesman - again - and it was like buying from an old friend. I went met with him on both Friday and Saturday morning as I couldn't make up my mind between models, and he never pressured me or became impatient but simply ensured I had all information to make the best decision. Please don't hesitate to ask specifically for Turk if you go to the dealership as he will treat you right (and no, I don't get a finders fee or free oil changes for recommending him but am only making this recommendation because I've purchased from him before and he has a history of integrity, honesty and good old fashioned customer service - I can't say the same thing for the newer salesmen they have working there!). After we agreed on the cost of the vehicle, Turk introduced me to Lynn Coupland in the Finance Department who arranged my financing. She obtained a stellar interest rate and term which was icing on the cake. Lynn ensured I understood all the documents and never tried to pressure me into purchasing additional packages or an extended warranty. She explained to me the advantages of each package but when I politely indicated "No", she simply moved on to the next document. Once I was done in Finance, Turk took me to my new Ram in the covered service area which beats the heck out of roasting under the hot sun in the parking lot as other dealers do, ensured I was satisfied with the condition of the detail prior to delivery, and proceeded to explain each system on the truck and ensure I understood how to operate it. After he taught me about the vehicle, Turk introduced me to Jose Gonzales (Service Advisor) and Mike Hernandez (Service Drive Manager) who answered all my questions about maintenance, service hours, courtesy vehicles, etc. Once again, I'd give Mac Haik Energy CJDR Energy Corridor an A+ as Turk, Lynn, Jose and Mike did a fantastic job ensuring the customer was #1. In today's world of "high pressure/sell the vehicle and on to the next customer fast" sales, it's nice to know Mac Haik still knows how to treat a customer right. I recommend you contact Turk the next time you're looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram product.

    Worst car buying experience we've ever had at Mac Haik Dodge on 12111 Katy Hwy Houston TX 1- They literally wouldn't come off the price 1 cent and wouldn't... allow us to use our own bank financing check. 2- my wife and I were very upset that they wouldn't come off 1 cent. We said could they at least come off 20$..... 5$, something to show they were working with us. The GM said "we gave you free lunch and your son a balloon" ..... really a balloon? ..... and about the lunch, there was a food truck on the lot. My family was hungry. We paid the food truck $23 for lunch (which is proven by our bank statement). So we told the GM that we paid for our own lunch, he wouldn't repay us. No one told us lunch was complimentary, not even the food truck staff. 3- after over an hour and a half of trying to get them to come off the price some, with no success we told them if they could get us a better rate than navy federal then we would finance 100% of asking price...... They came back and their lowest apr was 6.0+ %, double what Navy federal approved us for. At that point (since their rate was higher) we told them we wanted to use our navy federal bank check. They refused. They said if we wanted the truck we had to finance through them. 4- Were told we couldn't register the vehicle in our home state NC. They suggested us use our uncle's address in Round Rock. The finance manager eventually told is we could register it in NC but it was going to be a lot of extra paper. He later complained about how much paper he used in his printer and that he didn't want to use as much so he wouldn't have to walk across the building to get paper. 5-while in financing we were told that we couldn't refinance our loan for 4 to 6 months (which SunTrust told us wasn't true). 6- they didnt even give us a full tank of gas. They gave us 4 gallons........ (tank empty light was own previous to the 4 gallons) Not to mention the GM came across hateful, and one of the 2 salesman kept covering his mouth everytime we asked him a question.... like he was grinning behind his hand. What was he hiding? Before we left with the truck we asked the salesman to please remove all advertising plates, frames and stickers. We didn't want to advertise their business.

    Don’t stop here, they lie, they pad the final sales order with fees, warranties you don’t want, jacked up interest rates . The managers are crooks, don’t... buy here, they will say anything and hose you over on the paperwork.
