New I took my 2018 GMC Terrain to them for service. I was initially told that it would be $350 for the diagnostic fee but the fee would be included in the price of the repair if I chose to have the truck repaired. I agreed to the diagnostic fee. When I got the estimate it was $7000 worth of work including $4,385 for an A/C compressor and $540 for a water pump. Rose their customer service representative called and advised my significant other of the amount. We advised them that we would get the water pump repaired to cover the cost of the diagnostic fee and take the truck somewhere else to get the A/C compressor repaired. Rose advised us that if we didn’t get the A/C compressor repaired then we would have to pay for the water pump repair which was $540 plus the $350 diagnostic repair. Rose literally told me that I didn’t get to pick and choose what gets repaired on a vehicle that I own. So, we went back and forth and she finally said that they will not repair my truck at all at that point she advised that the diagnostic fee is now $150. I had my truck towed to another facility. Fox GMC had taken the serpentine belt off of my truck, they took parts off my truck, they took bolts off my truck and didn’t put any of these parts back. David Doyle was of absolutely no help. He did nothing in regards to the customer service that his employees provided. Nor does he care that his service department did a diagnostic on my truck and did not return my truck back to me the way that it was given to them. Understand that my 2018 GMC Terrain had NEVER had any engine work. The most I had ever done to this truck was change the brakes and rotors. This dealership is absolutely unethical. They are deceptive in their pricing tactics. They don’t take pride in their work and return your vehicle to you worse than how they gave to you. Finally, they don’t value long standing customers who have only purchased from GMC and their family of dealerships. I have reported them to the State of Michigan and to GMC corporate.

Oil change gone wrong
Let's just say they changed my oil. Started the car up drove it outside while the engine oil was pouring out of the car. Luckily it didn't ruin my engine. They also try to rotate my tires without asking me first. I don't know what's happened to this dealership oil change area but it's not good.

Great Service Saved our Trip
I brought my car in for an AC problem that the service manager was kind enough to fit my appointment in due to us leaving the next day for a weekend trip, Although they had to backorder the part, they were able to recharge the system enough to hopefully last until the part will arrive in an estimated few weeks. On of the service reps Alexia kept me posted during the day on the cars progress and set it up for the temporary fix with a technician. I really appreciated that personal service because we were anxious to be on our way the next day, if possible.
