First Rate Motors

I recently bought a Dodge Dakota from First Rate Motors. I spoke with Larry on several occassion and he was more than helpful with my situation. In fact he refferred me to a lender that was able to help me get a loan at a great rate. I told Larry what I wanted and he went to work for me. From the time I walked on the lot until I signed my purchase aggreement I was treated with nothing but respect and felt like I was his #1 Priority. If you are looking for a used vehicle somewhere else, STOP and go check out FIRST RATE MOTORS, not doing so would be an injustice to yourself. I recommend First Rate Motors to anyone looking. I had been in the market for a "new-to-me" vehicle for quite some time when I turned to my mechanic at First Rate Motors for some assistance. The excellent customer service and quality of repair that I received on auto repairs at First Rate Motors directly transferred over to my car shopping, and eventually car purchasing! The folks over at First Rate Motors listened to my needs and immediately looked for the perfect match. Within a matter of days, not only had First Rate Motors found the car that I had requested, but had me in it with a huge smile on my face--GREAT VALUE and GREAT CARE!

Going to First Rate Motors to buy a car was a no brainer for me since I have been going to First Rate Auto repair shop since 1993!! Joe and his staff are top notch when it comes to customer service and effective/efficient repair. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and operate with honesty, integrity and are all around great people! If I can say one thing about First Rate and Joe (Owner) is that they are fair. I bought a 2001 Volvo Cross Country for my daughter. He fixed the item I wanted taken care of before the deal, I paid a fair price and when a problem arose a few days after the deal he jumped on the issue and took care of everything. I bought my mini van back in Aug. I found both Larry & Joe easy to work with, zero pressure. I waited to write my review due to a couple of mechanical issues that you'll fine with 10 yr. old van. Bottom line is the guys over at there shop on 54th & State did a fine job getting me back up & running with a smile on my face. Thank you Tim

Just a great experience, expecially compared to any other dealership I visited. I went to a lot of dealerships looking for a car this past month, and this was the number one place. The person I dealt with (Larry) was extemely professional and helpful. I visited the dealership on three occasions and all three times the experience was great.

We were searching for a specific model/make and they had it. We found that they made this process easy to go through. Friendly without being pushy; spent time with us answering questions and were fair in their pricing. The vehicles they show are amazingly well kept and clean(unlike other dealers we visited)! Definitely a joy to do business with them. We would not hesitate to do repeat business and/or refer friends!
