Had issues with my transmission shifter lever. It took about three hours to get a diagnosis. A couple parts had to be ordered and I'm still waiting for a follow-up notification to get the parts installed. It's been over a week since my initial visit. Hoping to get a call sooner than later.

Over the years my husband and I have bought 5 cars and trucks from Classic in Lake City. We are ready to purchase another. We checked the web side and found a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD LT stock #C3139 for $49,798 with 61000 miles and "INCLUDED SNOW-EX PLOW". Right away i started getting text messages from 2 different salesmen (Chad and Joel) from Classic, I told the salesman I wanted to speak with Ethan as he was the salesman we worked with in the past. I called Ethan 1st thing Monday morning and he told me he had the information on the truck i was looking at. It was not the 2500 HD LT but a different truck, a 1500. I told him, no thats not the truck and i have a stock number. He pulled it up and I said "it comes with the plow right". He told me it did not and they just took the plow off. He said they just updated the web site with photos of the truck without the plow. I told him, but it (the listing) says it includes the plow. He told me the price of the truck with the plow is 56,974. We went back and forth a few times with no resolution or an attempt to make me a reasonable offer. A couple of things are wrong with this. 1) They knew what truck I was looking at. That is confirmed by the text messages I received from both Chad and Joel. Why did Ethan think I was interested in a 1500? 2) If this was a mistake, how come at of the time of this review, the listing for this truck is still posted advertising the plow. Granted the plow is not pictured, but the banner in yellow and all caps say the plow is included. Is this the classic game of bait and switch? 3) Is someone else internally interested in this truck for this price with the plow? Is that why they cannot or will not sell it to me for the advertised/listed price? I'm very disappointed in how i was treated. I'm disappointed In the service at Classic and the misleading listing for this truck. After all these years of being a loyal customer, this is how we were treated. Loyalty does not mean anything and customer service is a thing of the past. Beware when searching this companies website for faulty and misleading information.

Went into dealership for another problem, in process they found an oil leak. they took care of the warranty paperwork and scheduled service date in very timely manner. work was done and back on the road within the estimated time. They worked around a couple of things we already had scheduled. Thank You

I My truck started making an awful engine noise; I called a dealership in Cadillac to schedule an appointment to have my truck inspected; only to be told Classic has a clause in their extended warranty that you can’t take your vehicle to another shop within x amount of miles of Classic. After being hosed by the service department before when they charged me $100 for a brake inspection and told me it was normal for new brakes to grind but after taking it to the Cadillac dealership found I had put on the incorrect rotors which Classic would have seen if they actually did the inspection I paid them to do. So I truly did not want to have to deal with their dishonesty again but was forced to. I dropped my truck off to the dealership on 10/30 because it sounded like a tractor, service dept confirmed it was the dreaded 5.3 lifter failure. The extended warrant paid $5,300 for the lifters to be replaced. I picked my truck up on 12/15 and it was making the same noise it was when I dropped it off. I called the following day and they told me to bring it in; I left work to take it to the dealership and as I pulled in the parking lot I turned the power off to the radio so the mechanic could hear what I was hearing. He took it for a test drive, came in and told me he didn’t hear anything. I said “well let’s go outside and I’ll make sure you hear it.” We go out, I start the truck and the radio is BLARING! So he drove it for 5 minutes to listen to it with the radio blaring?!? After I aggressively turned the radio back off all of a sudden he could hear the noise. They had me schedule an appointment to drop my truck off on 12/29, I asked if it was okay for me to continue driving my truck with the noise it was making as I was told before by them that it was a good thing I brought it in when I did because it could have destroyed the camshaft. They said it was fine. After I got to work I decided to text before and after videos to the service advisor and advise that I would be taking my truck for a second opinion; then all of a sudden they were able to get my truck in the next day. They replaced a belt and the high pressure fuel pump and said it wasn’t making the noise anymore and I could pick it up. STILL MAKING THE SAME NOISE, I took it to 2 other mechanics and they BOTH said the noise I was hearing was in fact the lifters! So it seems as though they charged the warranty company but didn’t actually do the repair. I sold them the truck so I never have to deal with these crooks again, took a hit and had to pay additional money to the bank that was owed on the loan. Not surprisingly, they already have it listed for sale, so they didn’t even fix the known issue before they sell it to someone else. BUYER BEWARE!

Great place to purchase a new vehicle. Very professional. The trade-in process was straight forward to the completion of the final sale to deliver the new truck. I would definitely purchase a new vehicle from them in the future.
