Would have been excellent except....

I bought a used 2007 Chevy Tahoe from Justin @ Sheehan. Its been 1 month now and I am over satisfied with my purchase. They really pick out the best in cars. This truck had all the great additional features for an UNBELIEVABLE price. I actually owe less than the car is worth. So I bought value! They actually do have the best price throughout the south east... I searched everywhere before buying. The single only reason that I did not rate as excellent is because of Kevin Daley (manager of used vehicles). Here's the story. The truck, once it was shipped to me the stereo had VERRY low volume. So I called to Justin and he began to go through the process of getting it fixed. JUSTIN is THE VERY BEST. We got this fixed immediately. They covered most of the cost by sending me a check. Now the engine light came on a few days later I called back to find out if the issue that seemed to have caused the light was covered by my 30 day warranty or not. BUT this time I reached Kevin Daley. Kevin went on to explain what was covered. Now he went on to say some very offensive things like "if it something that $100 I would pay for it, if its $8000... then I would find my way to wiggle out of paying" Also said that "I went into my pockets to cover the stereo system" and finally said " I can only go off of what you're telling me for all I know the engine light may NOT be on and you could be collecting checks". Now, Kevin Daley (Justin's manager) could have easily requested the receipts and called the shop I went to get the stereo fixed instead of suggesting that I may be lying or stealing from him. Also the truck was advertised as having a stereo and when I got the truck there was virtually NO stereo (1 speaker operating & No amp= no sound) therefore he is responsible for the costs as they advertise that they stand behind their vehicles... I am offended that he made it seem as though I was trying to take from him which is a disgusting customer service habit on Kevin part. ANYHOW, Justin has been providing me with excellent service since I initially called about the truck advertised online. GO TO SHEEHAN AVOID KEVIN he's bad for the company. JUST FIND JUSTIN!

A dealership earns your business for a lifetime!

I recently was in need of a newer vehicle after the birth of my daughter. I visited Sheehan after walking out of a few other local showrooms. I met Mr. Kelley Shirley and I instantly knew this was going to be a different buying experience. Mr. Shirley took the time to show and test drive the numerous cars that Sheehan Autoplex had for sale. He not only took as much time as I needed with each car he was also familiar with each brand that they offered for sale. This is the first time in my 26 yrs of car buying experience that I actually felt that the dealership had my best interests in mind. Sheehan Autoplex offers the highest quality pre-owned cars and pricing in South Florida. Mr. Shirley and the entire Sheehan staff are excellent in every aspect of the buying/service experience. They have truly earned a customer for life.
