NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL FOR DIAGNOSTIC OR REPAIRS. They could not diagnose the car fault correctly so they just made stuff up that was not even the problem and over charged diagnostics. We left with no more information than we came in with at almost $200

horrible customer service
I called to confirm that the service department was able to do a state inspection. I was told "go ahead and bring it in and we'll take care of you". When I showed up 10 minutes later I was lied to and told that "the guy who dose our inspections is gone". When I told her that I called ahead and confirmed that I was able to do so. I was then told that the guy who does inspections was working on a headliner and it wasn't going well that I needed to go to another place. She no more than got that out of her mouth and I guess had a thought that it would be wise to not turn down someone who may spend a lot of money and trade in a vehicle every few years. She "said what kind of vehicle is it?" I replied that it was a nearly 30 year old Chevy suburban. Well you need to go somewhere else and get it done. The joke is on her I don't drive that because I have to but rather that I want to. My wife and I are currently looking to purchase a new Colorado or Canyon. I am glad that she showed me her true colors otherwise I may have spen my money there!

Just wanted to give y'all a huge attaboy! We have taken two corvettes to them, even though we purchased the vehicles somewhere else and they took the absolute best care of us. We will definitely continue to bring all our vehicles here, and we recommend this dealership to all our vette friends.

Nice people, but….
Nice truck but watch out for the vin etching! The Portfolio Protection doesn’t tell the dealer what to charge! It is up to them! We were charged $499.00. Brought down to $299.00 because I inquired and had knowledge. Nice group of people but I guess too many just want to take your last cent!
