me and my wife went in the Saturday before the memorial weekend are sales rep Gary understand are needs found a 08 ford escape with only 27.0000 miles on it he went out of his way got us drinks and a sandwich we know it would take some time for the paper work to be done now keep in mind this is the 3rd vehicle we have got from Gosh don the sales manger remembered us to say the least we are very happy with the escape every one at Gosh treated us very good and yes we will go there for are next car

The service center is nice, the staff was busy and I had to wait for some one to attend to me, but they were professional. Got my car ready on time.

John went out of his way to work with my schedule and provided excellent service on several service issues that needed to get resolved.

Very easy appointment proces, even the day before on Memorial Weekend. Work done right the first time and done in a timely manner, which is not always the case with electronic issues. If you want to wait for the car, nice lobby with free wifi.

Rhonda K. helped me today with my repair estimate. She was very helpful and provided great customer service. I have had my 2000 ford excursion serviced with Jack Gosch Ford in the past always with good results. Sometimes busy in AM hrs. which should be expected. The service and parts crew are always polite, professional and helpful. Their pricing is not way above non ford repair shops.

My experience with Gosch Ford has been excellent. The buying process was low key and fair. Service has been great as well. My 2013 Ford Focus has been better than expected and is a great car.

Had an appointment at 7:30 am.they were super busy I still got out of there in 15 minutes. some work covered by warranty and some was not - Murphys law right! I expected my car to take a long time to my surprise it was ready for pick up the next day early afternoon.It runs great and they had it washed. Yay

I had a great experience buying my 2014 Escape. No smoke and mirrors, they jumped through all kinds of hoops to find me the exact car I wanted, and I was being very picky. Got a great interest rate too! Would definitely recommend.
