Zoom Auto

I purchased , paid in full , for a truck from this group at the end of May 2024 . I have the vehicle but not the title . After repeated promises that the title would be or was sent to me , I do not have it as of today - June 17,2024 . Now they no longer respond to calls or text messages to provide an update .I give them THUMBS DOWN on customer service. The truck looks good for the year its age but until I get it Maryland inspected , I cannot comment on whether it was a good deal . I have called the Virginia DMV group that adresses dealer lisencing so I can better understand ZOOM's obligation to deliver the title to me as promised .I will follow up on both points for anyone interested here and contemplating a purchase with ZOOM AUTO . Their lack of producing the title and now , not even responding to calls or text messages , is a red flag for me . I hope I am wrong .

I was car shopping and was immediately contacted by one of the sales reps and we spoke fr a few days befor I came from out of town and purchased a new car for my wife, the guys were good to me and honestly didn’t even feel like I was at a “dealership”, rather a friends house. The guys there are cool adam and J i think, really appreciate it

Adam was helpful with the car that I wanted to buy and it's been a couple weeks since, no issues. They did my dmv stuff too got my tags this week.

The Zoom dealership is a very very professional establishment no pressure in buying an automobile honest information about their automobiles. They real work on getting you into an automobile. After the purchase they check to see if your happy with your purchase. I definitely suggest someone to check out their establishment if your really interested in getting an automobile.

It was an easy car buying experience with no pressure sales . They had what I needed in the price range I could afford .

Honest, Very Straight Forward People. Max and Adam were great. They even returned my rental car back for me. I Love my new car. Strongly recommend.

1st Charged me 800 for tags I never got ! Made a excuse that they were processed . I only had paper tags ! They Sold me a raggedy 2015 BMW . I Took the car back to BMW for a diagnostic text .. it was over 10k in damage it , had been in a bad accident. That wasn’t reported to car fax !! I lost 2600 that they kept out my downpayment ! For a cat I had for only 30 days . I wouldn’t recommend this place !

Paid 4 a wrnty, they nvr snt the papers off for it, now left with no wrnty, they wont even giv me my money back.

Absolutely, hands down, one of THE BEST Dealership I've EVER been to. Facilities are extremely nice. Bathrooms are clean and smell wonderful. They offer food and drinks when waiting. Even have a Kurig! But what sets them apart is their name, Pure. They were completely Pure with me and explained everything they were doing. They helped save me money and Sean, my salesperson was so extremely understanding and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the Dealership!!! Definitely recommend. I'm coming here from now on.

WOW Pure Car Buying is different kinda dealer. This was a great experience.
